Immediately upon stepping into the reception, I was stunned by the beautiful interiors. The lifts are very cool, like transportation pods. The room felt secure and it was very spacious. Lots of lighting options available which I liked. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice and powerful. I did go down to the bar once I had settled in and enjoyed a beer there. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast the next day was excellent with a wide selection of food and drink. I would gladly stay here again the next time I am in Hannover

The only thing I would have liked was a firmer and fuller pillow because I found mine to be quite soft and flat. I didn't raise this with anyone because I was only staying for one night and it wasn't a big issue for me but having options readily available would have been nice.

Is located conveniently just across the airport. Is literally 10 mins away from the subway terminal at the airport. The service is outstanding. Roma are clean and there isnplenty room to store luggage and personal effects. The gym and the swimming pool are very nice. The staff at the reception, the restaurants and the bar are passionated about service. The staff dedicated to room service are friendly and very professional.

The cost of daily parking…

Our recent stay was truly a pleasure from start to finish. The location was incredibly easy to find, making arrival stress-free. What was particularly convenient was the very quick access to the reception from the garage, just a short walk of two doors down – a thoughtful touch, especially with luggage. However, the real highlight was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire place. It was evident that great care is taken in maintaining a spotless environment. But the true "wow" moment came when we entered our room. It exceeded our expectations in every way, from the tasteful decor to the comfortable furnishings and the overall spaciousness. The experience continued to impress at breakfast. The sheer amount of choice available was fantastic, catering to all tastes. And the fact that it was an all-you-can-eat offering meant we could truly indulge and start our day feeling satisfied. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The ease of access, impeccable cleanliness, stunning room, and generous breakfast have left a lasting positive impression. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

- they forget to take out trash bin in one of our bathrooms, with unfinished food before our arrival. It was so smelly, that we could not use that bathroom first night when we arrived, thankfully we had another one and 2 separate half-baths - when they were ventilating it, they have opened outside window in one of rooms and forget to close it, so it made strange noises all second night and we did not sleep well as the inner window was broken and could not be closed completely in master bedroom - they were very sorry about inconveniences and have refunded us one breakfast for family of 4 upon check out.

Everything thing was wonderful

During the checkout, they charged me more €58 extra and it was charged from my visa card. I asked later the reception and he told me he cannot do anything and I have to send email to solve the issue. Nobody do anything until now. The price including breakfast with booking for 3 nights was 601 , and they got 658 and thy got my card information from booking??!!!!!

Really nice hotel right by the airport - clean, spacious, has a pool and sauna, had a view of the airport from the room. The hotel provided a great baby bed as we requested.

It's a bit too fancy and overpriced for what it is - an airport hotel. At an airport hotel people just want to sleep, they don't really care about all the "luxury touches" the hotel tries to provide (but care about other, practical things - like luggage carts, which I did not find and had to bring one from the airport!) An example is breakfast - it is 23 euros, comparable to the price of dinner at a reasonable restaurant in the city! This doesn't make any sense for a quick meal before the flight.

I'm honestly kind of upset that it took us this long to consider this hotel! We travel through Hannover Airport every couple of years to visit family / friends, which is pretty exhausting, especially with small kids. From now on, we will always spend a night here after landing and before leaving to reduce stress. Our room was very clean and big with one king bed and one double bed. This worked great for us. The shower/bath is nice as well. Our kids enjoyed the view of the airport. We also used the room service. It was reasonably priced (for room service) and pretty good. Check-in and check-out times are generous.

There could be more outlets. Especially being an airport hotel, people usually need to charge their electronics before getting on a plane. Having to unplug lights, hair dryers etc. just to do that was kind of annoying.

The serene location by the Airport. It's easy accessibility by all possible transport routes. Friendly and supportive service personnel . Nice spacious room for the family

Corridors were for me, too warm. It was so difficult to control the air flow in the rooms and therefore causing nasal congestion when we woke up in the morning. The pool is warm,with all facilities except that it's designed for adolescents and swimming beginners, so to say, due to its size.No deep end

Great location the breakfast was super. Had a great stay. The chef cooking the omelette was very friendly the food was super.

The way the lady receptions looked at us it was as if she was looking at aliens even if she was not the one helping us.lt was a weird uncomfortable look

It was a one night stop for a business trip . The hotel is comfortable, clean , just across the airport and pretty quiet.

It is rated like a 4stars hotel but no coffee or tea make machine in the room. No minibar , only a food & drink machine in the lobby of the hotel . The breakfast pretty good but very crowd due to the small size of the area .
