- The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. - The check-in process was quick and efficient. - There was tea and coffee available at all times in the reception area. - Location was great to visit the castle and the room had a nice view to the castle.

- Everything was great, if I had to provide an area of opportunity it would be the breakfast which was a bit basic (cereals and a few fruits), but it was included in the price and appreciated nonetheless!

Beautiful house very close to the Hohenzollern castle and with good free parking lot. The room was actually an apartment, with a complete kitchen and dinner room. The staff was very nice, friendly and flexible, allowing us to arrive after the normal check in time.

The only thing that was a little complicated was to take our big bags to the room, that was in the first floor, as the hotel has no elevators. However, this is completely understandable, as the hotel is in an old typical German house.

the breakfast was very good, felt intimate and well cared for! Although it didnt have too many choices. Im guessing it was geared more for a European breakfast but was fine otherwise. The room was very spacious and clean. I liked that it had separate water closet and shower!

There wasn't a sign for where to "enter", it was via an intercom system, not in person. There was a large party staying when we got there which took up all of the "hotel" parking spaces! Not many to begin with so we had to park on the side by some potted planters!! When we got to the car the next morning a little sign was put on our car that they didn't appreciate us parking there!! Sorry, we didn't have much of a choice!!

Great place with great facilities and very spacious. The staff was really super nice and effective and got us all we needed and gave us good tips on where to go for leisure and have dinner.

Not too much. It was fine that we did not need to open all windows, but on a very hot day the windows standing next to the main road might be a bit noisy. The beds were a bit too hard for our taste.

Extremely clean, well sized ground floor room with high ceiling (corner room at ground floor) with large comfortable bed. great breakfast. Car charging facilities worked well (after we figured out you had to insert the cable at an angle and then twist the whole thing to plug in-had never seen that before but seems common in Europe).

Great location! Wonderful breakfast! The Alb card (which they gave us) was very useful in visiting neat locations. We saw three castles and a cave in one busy weekend. We got great recommendations on local restaurants in the area.

We stayed on first floor, in hindsight, wish we had asked for second floor room.

Beautiful spacious room, very warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The Albcard made going to the Burg Hohenzollern very easy. Hotel is conveniently located to the castle and major roads. Delicious breakfast including the best Stollen I’ve ever had. The key box made check in quick and easy. Enjoyed the wine and drink selection in the foyer.

Beautiful hotel. Easy 7 minute drive to Hohenzollern Castle. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. Would 100% stay here again. One note is that it is important to request Alb Card (free Hohenzollern tickets) from the hotel beforehand if you want to use it the same day as check-in.

Very special property, converted from a classical villa. We arrived early and the manager was able to come and let us check in. Breakfast was nice and tasteful. We stayed for a visit to Hohenzollern Castle and the hotel gave us a free admission.

This was a beautiful, clean hotel. The room was beautiful with high ceilings and big windows. The hotel was quaint and the staff very kind and helpful.

I loved everything
