We booked this for an overnight stop on our way to Vienna. What a find! We could not fault ANYTHING about the hotel. The room was up there with some of the best 4* hotels I have stayed at, the automatic check in system worked really well and the emailed instructions on where to park, how to get to our room and suggestions of what to see in Babbenhausen were ultra comprehensive. Breakfast was outstanding. Well done to the owners and the team!!

The only thing that would have been better for us would have been the ability to get dinner in the restaurant but, being a Sunday, it was closed. Not a major issue though

The room was clean, large and comfortable, including the bathroom. The host spoke English very well and everything went very smooth. In the hotel is a restaurant with a lot of choice in food and it tasted wonderful. It is also opened till 23.00 in the evening, so a late arrival is not a problem if you still want to have dinner. Internet is working well in the hotel. Enough space to park your car next to the hotel.

We stayed in the hotel on a busy day. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel. Of course that means a lot of people at breakfast as well. Although the hotel must have known this, only two girls were working at breakfast. One in kitchen, one at tables. They were working as fast as they could, they were running, but when we came for breakfast there was no clean table to sit down, the scrambled eggs was empty, no clean glasses anymore to get drink, no knifes anymore to cut bread, no yoghurt anymore, etc. It was just a mess. Real pity, because the two girls did their best. but at least 4 girls should have been there that day based on amount of people staying at hotel.

The staff was super helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was very good with many things to choose from. If you are travelling by car, Babenhausen's location is actually pretty convinient, relatively close to Frankfurt, Hanau, Wiesbaden and other destinations in the south of Hesse. We choose Babenhausen because we wanted to be close to Frankfurt but not directly in Frankfurt. We prefer quiet towns rather than busy cities.

Spacious room, striking table and iron in the room, many toiletries, hair dryer, beauty mirror, very big bathroom. Private free parking, walking distance to the town area. In the hotel: nice living room with library. Personnel is very kind, they let me keep a book from the library that I had started reading. Nice breakfast, not five stars, but with all one could need: juices, cereals, coffee specialties, milk and tea, cold cuts, sweet and saltt spreads, eggs, sausages, nuts and seeds, croissants, bread and buns. It's a three star hotel, but I got more than I get in some four stars, and much friendliness. It is a family-run hotel.

All was perfect for me

Super location with excellent meadows to walk out dogs nearby. Dogs were welcome everywhere. Staff were Uber friendly and helpful. We will use again.

There was no air conditioning in the room. This would prevent us using during height of summer.

We had a quite large room with a nice and clean bad room. We requested baby bed for our daughter and we even got changing table, bottle warmer and a play carpet. The owner was not present but he sent is us all the information and the check in/out went very smoothly.

Everything was perfect !!! John was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast very good, everything fresh and tasty. Room clean and spacious, comfortable bed. A lot of parking spaces. Highly recommended !!!

Nice big rooms, updated bathrooms, convenient location. Everything was very clean. Our room was very quiet, in the morning we could only hear the birds singing. John from the reception is such a nice person. Very informative, willing to help and very hospitable.

The entrance is a dark and weird looking (the reception is on the first floor). I am guessing though, this is because the ground floor restaurant was closed during our stay. It gives a weird vibe to the hotel, which is a pity.

Very nice place with spacious rooms, good restaurant on site with different attractive offers. Free parking. Location.

It will be very good to have air conditioning system in a rooms.

Easy to find about 10 mins from motorway in interesting town, located almost opposite station, good private parking. Room very comfortable and clean. Restaurant excellent and good value. We would use again.
