Excellent location, between the railway station (8 min. walk) and the city centre (8 min. walk), very easy to find when coming by train. The hotel is located in a historic U-shaped building, previously used as barracks and hospital, on the site of an ancient monastery, surrounded by a lawn and trees, which gives it a quiet atmosphere. That building has been beautifully transformed into a comfortable hotel. The room was entirely satisfying and the buffet breakfast offered a good choice.

ambiance, architecture, spacious room, good mattress, cleanliness, attention to detail, I also enjoyed the folder about Sleep: it was nice to see something that is beyond the usual fare of things to buy and upgrade to. I didn’t have breakfast, so I couldn’t say anything about that.

my booking was no longer in the system although I had called upfront to advise about my late arrival. check out was way too slow. There was a queue, the four staff seemed overwhelmed.

The breakfast was good but way too expensive. It worked out to $30 each CDN. Which is way too expensive for a breakfast.

I thought the price forthe breakfast was way too much. We had stayed in 6 Hotels prior to this one, and the breakfasts came with the room, and had the same items as this one. That was a huge downside for us for spending 6 nights here.

Great place for something travelling with the dog, loads of space around the Hotel for a walk. Beautiful surrounding. Spot to park the car. Don't have park on the street. You have to pay but at least its next to Hotel. Tasty breakfast, many options. Iys like 7/10min walk to the centre but its quite enough so you can have a good sleep so its worth it.

Friendly and helpful receptionists. Comfortable room and good breakfast. A short walk from both the train station and market.

I went for a festival in the area and noticed the hotel put their prices up by a lot for the festival weekend. The nightstand wasn’t cleaned properly before my stay either.

The staff ist very friendly. I was in lot of hotels, but the staff was the Most friendly staff I ever seen.

The property is very old. The curtains have holes. The bathroom is very old. The toilette doe not work properly

Nice hotel, very quite and well located. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very good, friendly and always willing to help. At check in there was a mix up in our room booking. Staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They immediately made it right and gave us a nice double room that was nicer than the originally booked. 10 points!

The pillows are very high. Would be nice a second set of pillows in the room.

They gave me a room with a double bed, but when i showed them my booking was two single beds in a twin room, they immediately changed the room, they are always extremely happy to help, and we are always greeted with a smile
