Absolutely wonderful hotel in all respects – great location, clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, well-furnished, well-lit, seating area + desk, pleasing decor, excellent ‘up-off-the-ground’ luggage space, modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, friendly-helpful staff, great restaurant, good wifi, lovely tea / coffee making facilities area on the 2nd floor (as none provided in the rooms), splendid breakfast with nice variety & happily the hotel has a lift / elevator !

Nothing though a retractable clothes line over the bath would have been appreciated.

Very good selection of foods for breakfast and they also had a good restaurant with outside dining area.Right in the old part of town with plenty of restaurants and cafes.Interesting historical museum in an old castle and two other museums in a fortified area on the other side of the river.Attractive walks beside moat and walks in woodland and parks. Two bottles of water are supplied free so I put them in the mini-fridge.

Of minor fault is the mini fridge is described as a mini-bar and the room is meant to overlook a garden but there is no garden,only the outside restaurant area with small potted trees. In hot weather I only got a view of the parasols apart from Monday when the restaurant was closed and two parasols were folded down.

Nice hotel, very well located in city center (but only 10 min away from highway). Room was very nice, clean, warm, wifi working without any issues. Parking in underground garage is possible so it's a greag advantage in winter and the biggest plus is breakfast - it was just amazing!

Heater regulation was not working (at was set to max possible value all the time) so we slept with heater on and opened window - not very nice if we consider current energy market and ecology - fixing may save you some money ☺

The location in the old city was perfect, close to bus lines also. The room was large with two chairs (which we love in a hotel room), the beds were comfortable and (because there were no traffic outside) the most quiet hotel room we have ever visited. No ventilation or anything - just quiet - perfect. Breakfast was plenty and good.

We were a group of 3 with separate rooms.we all loved our stay at the Rappensberger. Everything about it was excellent. Private car parking is available. The whole hotel has a very pleasant feel about it. Our room’s were spotless and they also provide an excellent breakfast. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to nice restaurant’s and coffee shops etc. what really made our stay was the staff. everyone was super friendly especially the receptionists who were outstanding, professional and hugely helpful. We all wanted to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked and I can understand why.

Outstanding hotel.

Location is perfect, in the city center. The bus stop is at 5 min walking. The room was really big as well as the bathroom. There’s a big closet also. The breakfast has many options and the staff is very friendly. It was my birthday so they gave a tiramisu with a candle :)

A suggestion: there’s no lactose-free milk available in the breakfast. There’s no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Everything was ok, beds are comfy, the window can be opened.

There was no air conditioning and even though you could open the windows, there was noise and cooking smells until late at night coming from the restaurant downstairs... so there was no way to get fresh air. Careful with the parking as it has small limited spaces available. Big cars could be problematic to park .

Lovely clean and spacious en suite room. The breakfast buffet was really enjoyable. Good variety and tasted really good. All the family liked it very much. The location is perfect for Ingolstadt, everything is relatively nearby from shops to really good restaurants and cafes.

Hotel location is perfect. Had a nice place to make coffee and tea in shared area (was fine, but i do love when its in the room). Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was really good.

i would suggest a better shower. it was ok, but water all over the place and just not very comfortable. i think it could be better (but again, the hotel is just lovely).

Breakfast was good, plenty choice in the buffet. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and as much coffee as you like in the “tea corner” on floor 2. Hotel has a lift. Good location for shops and the Audi Factory which was the purpose of our visit. Being in the old town, the streets and buildings are amazing. Very clean city.

Pillows weren’t the best.
