Staff is always polite and friendly, communicates efficiently. Room has cool modern design, beds are comfortable. Big windows allow much daylight and dense curtains can protect from unwanted light and views if necessary.

No fridge or water boiler in the room. Building design has it's disadvantages. Oil refinery in direct vicinity is noisy and smoke trails sometimes reach hotel location. Open shower design leads to wet floor in the bath - which is otherwise very comfortable

We chose this hotel to visit the Ingolstadt shopping village, and it turned out to be a good choice. Hotel is within one minute walking from the shopping street. Room was appropriate, clean, with comfortable bed, and heating. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended: it was exceptionally good with a wide selection of food and drinks.

The hotel should add an electric kettle in rooms

Location is super nice, if you are planning to go to outlets. Big parking. Room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was good, but choice wasn't big enough. And we would appreciate bottle of water in the room.

Breakfast was great. There were a lot of option to choose from. Location is from my point of view good. It was near outlet so you have restaurants close by. Parking is free which is also one of the benefits and they have more that enough parking places.

Restaurants in the outlet are closed 9 p.m. latest so there is no options near hotel to have late dinner in case you are coming to hotel later

- the quilt should be a little bit thicker. It was quite cold during the night.

It was good, if you want to stay just for shopping then the hotel would be a good place because it is near the outlet mall.

There is no bottled water in the room, and there is no air-conditioning.

Clean room, very friendly and professional staff. We also had a perfect breakfast. Outlet store 200m from hotel. There is also a nice Pizza and Pasta place nearby(Luca Cucina) which is open after the outlet has closed.

We stayed at this hotel to be close to the outlet so it was perfect. The people that work at the hotel Were super friendly. We checked in a few hours early at no extra charge. They even offered us coffee and snacks whilst we waited. Breakfast was really good, a nice choice of everything for children too. Very pretty patio outside

Good and quiet location, easy to come from motorway. Breakfast was really good and a lot better than it looked at the pictures. Lady at the morning-shift was super friendly.

Nothin major. Some rack for the soap would be nice in the shower. Would be nice to get wifi-code automatically or find it in the room.
