The staff and location are fabulous!

The carpet should be replaced with wood floors. The cleaning staff weren’t very thorough (when I checked into my room the toilet seat had stains on it - I assume water stains, but still they should have wiped it down properly. It stayed like that for a week before someone properly wiped it down).

I came late during the night. It was not clearly marked how to enter hotel, where to enter parking and I had to make some investigation in the middle of the night to discover all this. Also door to enter hotel were locked and not marked as a hotel entrance. Some lady opened a door but was suspicious am I guest or not. So, all in all it was a bit confusing but at the end everything went fine.

The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful and always very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service.

As a vegan there was absolutely nothing for me to eat and 15 euro is too much to pay for chia pudding and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast. The dinner staff didn't know of vegan options but did try to accommodate or understand. This is not very appealing for a modern hotel.

Beautiful suite. Comfortable beds. The food delivered for room service was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Underground parking was great.

Room service menu was missing from the room. When called to request one, I was asked to come to reception to collect one. For the price I paid for the room, I expected the menu to be delivered by a staff member. A frosted glass door for the bathroom doorway (or ability to extend the light curtain to cover the doorway) would be an advantage. Underground car park was convenient (albeit not cheap even with SAKS discount) but there is no signage to enter the hotel. I carried my overnight case up the stairs and around the block to the front entrance of the hotel. After check-out, I was shown where the car park entry to the hotel is. It would have been good to know on the way in as well.

Room was cosy and overlooking the square. Luckily the noise level was minimum. Location is ideal for ease of walking around town.

Breakfast used to have fresh squeezed orange juice. Some staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Rooms should have iron and ironing board. TV should have more english speaking channels since most guest are english speaking. Cardio room should have elliptical machine. Signage on fitness rooms should be updated and be able to unlock with your room key.

Very comfortable bed. The room was nicely organized and provided all amenities that we wanted or needed. Very good downtown location and easy parking made it perfect for our evening!

We brought our own small fans because (like most European hotels) the room was a bit stuffy. Opening a window lets in too much street noise. Our own fans made it perfect!

Everything the staff were great and helpful with everything. From getting a Iron for me, Troubleshooting my problems with the internet and help me accommodate two little unexpected guest on my last day (my kids) lol!!! The hotel is very clean. The bar and restaurant are top notch! I truly enjoyed my stay and the view of the city from the balcony. Thank you Saks staff for all of help

Nothing to dislike best hotel and experience in Kaiserslautern

Everything was excellent except that the air conditioning was not working and a couple days were quite warm. I will be back for sure. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Location is excellent near many restaurants and shopping.

great location!! Braushaus had amazing food and drinks. Just around the corner. Market in the plaza Saturday was a great surprise. Short walk to Primark and a mall. FANTASTIC location.

I had no clue the shower was open and there was no privacy. Great for a couple — a little different for two friends. We made it work but it was definitely a surprise.

Great location. Very accommodating staff.

A lot of outside noise came into my room from the courtyard. Might not be fixable, sometimes it's just loud outside. This was only a very small problem.
