It was nice, we liked the breakfast.

We did not like the fact that we could not do the check in easily since if you have payed on booking it’s not clear how to get the key card if you arrive after 23:00. Apart from that we would have preferred to have a queen bed instead of two single beds together, it’s not comfortable to sleep like that as a couple. And third, no options for allergies to milk protein, would be nice to have soy milk, rice or others.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent!! Very nice location(1hr from every place we ve been and walking distance from town centre) and easy access to the hotel.

Nothing not to like. Everything was just fine.

The family room is fantastic, perfectly located on the first floor with plenty of space for luggage and room to play!

We couldn't lock the hotel door from the inside which meant our nearly two year old could open the door to the hall way.

Location

Although we booked a room for two adults and a five-year-old child, the sofa bed was not prepared, and no sheets were provided for it. We had to request the bedding and make up the sofa bed ourselves

Clean, spacious rooms. Great staff. Nice little town. We only stayed one night, but would have happily stayed longer.

At the higher end in terms of price, especially since parking and breakfast cost extra.

The interior design was quite unique, and I even asked the staff if the owner owned a farm because of the decor.

We did notice that an Asian staff member was a little unfriendly.

Great location in a beautiful town. An hour by train to Neuschwanstein castle. Very friendly staff. Clean, modern room.

No laundry facilities and no tea/coffee making facility in room.

Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff and cosy room. Didn’t hear our neighbours which is always a good quality sign.

Location, comfort, cleanliness and facilities of the hotel are perfect. Ideal for those who want to explore the city or for business trips.
