The breakfast& budget accommodation. The friendliness& professional approach of the staff, and the housekeeping (when we requested it)

The fruit for breakfast was not fresh, rather canned or / and from the freezer. Sometimes it had not had enough time to thaw properly. Because the fridges in the restaurant are small, sometimes one didn't get to his / her desired food item on time but they were prompt in replenishing the stock. The location is not central but there s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It took a bit of time to figure out tye public transportation (staff in hotel are very helpful though)

The chap on reception was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was nice with the usual hot and cold selection that you would expect and an honesty mini bar after hours. Parking was a dream with an underground car park on site and some large spaces outside for higher vehicles with roof boxes/bikes etc, which we used. Its about a 20 minute easy walk into the centre of Koblenz, or take the bus which goes right past the front of the hotel. The hotel has a feel of what I imagine 1980's East Germany would have been like in terms of style and decor, but as other reviewers have commented, that is its unique charm, its like walking into a 1980's film set. Its a nice experience, would definitely stay again as keen to explore more of Koblenz area.

Could do with a few plants to brighten up the balcony a bit, and a kettle in the room would have been welcome, but all in all, nothing to complain about for the price.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a trip to Koblenz, and overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent, conveniently situated near the Mosel River, which added to the charm of my stay. In summary, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing friendly staff. When he knew i was new in Germany he was supportive and welcoming. When I asked for directions he Gladly shared all needed information. The breakfast was great and wholesome, and to my surprise they even have HALAL salami and cold meat tray which is extremely rare to find here. Also they have a little vending machine where you can take whatever you want at night and pay later which is wonderful and convenient when you crave something at night. Absolutely it is a place I would visit again!

Google maps doesn't work in Koblenz and it was challenging at first to navigate my way to the hotel and I had to ask multiple people and download their particular local app to know how to move(apparently DB works as well). So it would be great to add heads up about this for those who might be visiting the place for the first time!

It's a classic town centre hotel of a certain age. The colour scheme is brown and beige, with avocado bathroom suites. However, don't let this put you off. The staff are superb and efficient. There's an honesty bar, stocked with beers, wines, water and snacks. Breakfast was great, the bacon supplier needs changing, but there's plenty of it. Underground secure parking for my motorbike was appreciated.

Apart from the bedroom Olympics team next door, practising their routines at 0200hrs, nothing really.

I don’t know even where to start…. Everything about this place is fantastic. I haven’t seen so clean and tidy hotel before! Also every room contains smart tv and English channels. I adore those retro furnitures, as well. Staff is multilingual and speaks very good English. Very good and stable Wi-Fi. Hotel is 10-12 min walk from the city centre what makes this location absolutely perfect ( it’s close but far enough to avoid any inconvenience of nightlife). Area is safe and quiet. Special thanks to the owner for his hard work , professionalism and flexibility. Definitely it’s a place where you can feel safe and relaxed. Ohh, almost forgot….Breakfast- ABSOLUTELY AWESOME- there is everything what you need to start your day properly. My favourite was perfect done fried eggs and crispy bacon with a great latte macchiato from coffee machine! FULLY RECOMMEND!

The location is pretty good, very connected to the city centre, the beds were comfortable. Although the place is a little old, feeling like a time machine back to the 80s, everything works perfectly fine. The breakfast was a simple but good spread.

Maybe some smaller things are a little too old and would have preferred changed, such as the shower head, which was a little stuck and didnt spray well, but still worked anyway.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide choice such as nice mixed fruit, bacon, three types of egg, cold meats cheese, variety of bread plus croissants. All very flavoursome. We liked the self service bar with honesty box and reasonable prices. Perfect secure underground parking for our motorcycles. Our stay of three nights was extremely good value.

There weren’t any negatives as we were on a motorcycle tour and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The rooms were spacious and clean with a large wall mounted TV. Some would find the rooms dated but it was perfect for us.

Friendly staff, the wonderful hardworking maid who welcomed me very early in the morning to the hotel, and the very professional and polite manager whose English is very good and also gave me the room key after breakfast. Due to my work schedule, I had to check in very early (~7 am) and check out very early as well, which worked out flawlessly. though the process had some fees. Overall I was satisfied. Super! :)

If you're on a tight budget, as I was, this is an excellent place to stay. Koblenz is expensive. The Hotel has no frills, no designer pictures on the walls or fancy cushions, but it was clean, functional and everything worked properly. Ensuite has strong retro colours but was clean and adequately stocked with soap and towels. Breakfast was excellent. The owner Thomas never stops working and his staff never stood still for a moment. The Hotel was busy and I can understand why: it is exceptional value for money in comparison with other Hotels in Koblenz. Some Hotels in Koblenz are renowned for over charging: this is not one of them. Thomas Graeser stands by all quotations given to customers and provides a fair and efficient check-out. Hotel is on the First Floor of a Building and wins no prizes for architecture, but if you know this beforehand, finding the reception area is easy. However, the money saved on Hotel costs at this Hotel allows you to spend it on other things. If you just need somewhere for B & B this really fits the bill.

Old fashioned shower curtain is bit irritating so If you want a fancy luxurious 5 Star Hotel, with a price to match, this Hotel is not for you. However, it's clean, with basic furniture that works and an excellent breakfast in the morning. There are absolutely no frills. Wifi is excellent and for a business visitor or someone needing to crash out in a B & B, at minimum expense, this is is a really good choice. Car parking is no problem. Cancellation Policy is also very flexible.
