When we reached the hotel Mr. yourself bentayeb was at reception, and he welcomed us with a warm heart. Though we reached early then our check in time he made sure we had the room n made us comfortable, even later we needed information as to how to commute to and fro in cologne he was really helpful and went out of his way to give us direction a and train details which was very helpful and will never forget his kind gesture..he is a great asset to Leonardo hotel.even the other receptionist and the shuttle drivers were very helpful a big thank from us. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The shuttle service made it all very convenient. The room and attached private bathroom were also quite a nice size. The only disappointment is that there were no accurate information provided about the shuttle service. I had to book a taxi instead due to the odd travel time.

I had booked this hotel specifically due to the location and the airport shuttle as advertised on the site. But I was not informed that we need to call a number to book the shuttle when we arrive at the airport. The chatbot indicated there were no shuttle service. I wish the information was a little bit clearer.

communicate ineffective. I ask for a baby cot a week before my arrival I was rest assured that will be one in the room. and surprise no cot in the room ( was late we had a early morning flight so I wasn’t happy because my little one was fussy already)

I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the Maitre D', he was genuinely attentive and offered services beyond expectation. After learning my special food needs he took innitiative and offered me a special menu whithout been asked for!

The nasty experience came from the receptionist at the check-out: when I asked him for an invoice for the money I paid he charged me once again! He didn't wanted to accept my evidence that I paid, in the end I left and he charged me once more. I had to clarify and solve the matter later on, over an email correspondence.

The room was very big and had everything in it. There was a coffee machine and free water in the room. The bed was very big and comfortable. It's quite nice for relaxing. I was very pleased that there was a make-up mirror and bathtub in the bathroom. Everything is available for comfort

When I landed at the airport, I called the facility to send a shuttle, but we could not communicate because of the language. I had to walk to the hotel at night. It seems close but it is not. It took 10 minutes to walk but most importantly the road was very scary. I don't recommend walking, be sure to ask them to send a shuttle. The next day, I was able to reach the airport with the hotel's shuttle, thank you.

The hotel is really close to the airport and I reached it by foot. The staff is really kind and helpful, the receptionist spoke Italian. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Just a couple of small things: -the lack of a bidet, I know in Germany is not really common, but think about it when you'll renew your hotel rooms, please. -the bed pillows: there were four and they were all the same, low and too soft, based on my preferences. Anyway my experience at the Leonard Hotel Köln Bonn Airport was more than positive.

Very good location and shuttle service provided by the hotel. I use it every day to get from the airport to the city. Helpful drivers too. But you can also walk to the train station and the airport. Good breakfast, something for all tastes :) It's nice that there is also a bath, not only a shower

It was difficult to cover with such a small blanket! And the corner of the bathroom behind the sink (which cannot be seen) needs to be freed from mold. In general, the bathroom should be renovated a little

Aniello and Michel were brilliant, so friendly and professional. They looked after my friend and i in the bar and dining room perfectly. The hotel chamber maid was also lovely as our key hadnt been activated! Nice comfy twin beds and large bedroom. Nice to have English channels on TV there too. No airport sound even though the hotel is right in the airport vicinity. Loved the decor.

The communication wasn't great via booking .com message service. I sent questions to Leonardo Koln and even repeated them and got a standard message, not answers. Reception staff was not as welcoming as I'd expect and the lady who checked us in did not give us any general hotel information re facilities like restaurant etc until prompted. She also did not offer a welcome water or fruit we spotted the next day...

The location, food was great and staff were very good. You ring the hotel when you land and they pick you up. We stayed 4 nights. Had a meal in the hotel first night. Meal was perfect. Breakfast every morning fabulous. Staff were really good.

The pillows in the bed were really really soft. Too soft. And one small thing. Tried to ring hotel when we landed. But had to add a zero to the number. Did not know that.

I was put up for 2 nights in a corner room which made my life miserable. After my request they changed my room and brought me to a proper room which made my experience better. The staff there is excellent and very helpful. They speak perfect English. The restaurant is very good and serves amazing food. Apart from breakfast, we had all dinners also at the restaurant which serves good portions with fantastic taste. There is fresh coffee available in the mornings at the reception before breakfast starts.

They could have put me in a regular room from Day 1 which would have really improved my perception. Also the lighting in the rooms and the washroom should improve further.
