I specifically appreciated the location of this hotel: very close to the city center, but not exactly in it. Still you see beautiful buildings of Leipzig around.

You can see that the rooms are already a bit older. The bathroom had a small weird smell of an old plumbing. As well we faced an issue with giving back the key, as somebody constantly sabotages the key box. It is really sad that there are such people, as we had to spend some time solving this issue, while we were in a hurry to leave. I hope this will not happen in the future.

The location was fine. 5 to 10 minute walk to local restaurants and supermarkets. It was rather quiet, besides some traffic which we didn't mind. We don't speak German very well, and we could use English to communicate. Temperature in the room was comfortable.

No (free) parking spaces close to our stay, although we were aware of that. Most of the room was clean, although there was dust under the bed and the sink wasn't fully cleaned. The curtains allowed a lot of light to get inside of the room early in the morning.

This was my first stay at a hostel and I was very much satisfied! I was worried about having way too many people around, facilities, noise and the overall vibe but everything went very well. There was only one person with us in the room (8-beds room), facilities and beds were totally ok! It also was very quiet in the building so it was not what I expected, my expectations were much lower :) I also saw lockers for those who need them.

It was a bit cold in the room as the windows are not that great. Blankets are thin and I was freezing a bit. Also, there were no sockets close to our beds.

Generally positive. The bunk bed was ok. The room's air quality ok. I slept well there. The door security system, street side entry door and the bunk room door very good. No problem using the numeric key codes to gain access. 24 hr Bldg açcess Surrounding neighborhood ok, nice park at the corner, a Leipzig commonly expressed attribute. Fortunately the hostel's restaurant/bar area is separate from the hostel accommodations. . Very laid back hostel management attitude, an attitude based on trust between mgmt and the client.

Lack of a microwave to heat up water for coffee in the morning. This was the only disappointment I experienced there. You will have to go outside into the retail reality only a couple of blocks away. There are stores nearby, primarily take-out/restaurants, and a few supermarket type stores, notably a Denns BioMarket, which sells a decent fresh ground cup of coffee for €1.50. P.S. lockers in the room I stayed in should be larger and stronger. The locker is too narrow to easily put a bag inside its space, had to squeeze the bag in and the bag is only 12" wide.

The room was clean and comfy.

I get it that the restaurant below runs the hotel, but check-in at 16:00 is a little late, We wanted to get in the restaurant to sit there because we arrived earlier (15:30) but they don't even unlock the front gate before 16:00. It's a bit not nice when people arrive earlier and have to walk around with their luggage until they would be kind enough to open the restaurant.. (sitting there for half an hour would also help btw)

The location was great, right downtown. The mattresses themselves were also comfortable. For central Europe it was a good value for money and the room stayed warm in winter. We booked a 6 bed dorm but then ended up in a 4 bed.

The bunkbeds were sooooo squeaky. Any slight movement you made could be heard since it was wood on wood. The number they have listed on their confirmation is never answered and they don't send you the codes to check in outside restaurant opening times unless you think to Google the restaurant and call them instead. After reaching the restaurant, we were transferred to what must have been their front desk, who then finally texted me back around 1130pm with the codes. In the future I'd just suggest including the codes In the confirmation message over booking website that way you don't need to worry about all this run around.

Clean, spacious room, hot shower, good natural light, and windows open wide. Good location, 3-minutes walk to a supermarket.

The main light is quite dim. While there are lamps next to the bed, these do not provide light around the couch/table. We recommend having two main lights in the room rather than just one.

The room was comfortable with a good bathroom inside. The instructions for the automatic check-in were super clear. The hotel is at a short walk from the Market and Central stations.

I didn't have access to the Wi-Fi connection.

The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to the middestad (easily walkable) and also has easy access to public transport.

There wasn't a fan in the room and the room was very hot during the night.
