The resort ist perfect for a relaxing time with families. The entire facility is well kept, very spacious apartments (very well equipped) and it offers many options for entrainment. The pool is included which is great.

The staff could be more accommodating and willing to explain all the options the resort has to offer. The fact that buffet was not available for a small family of 4 (if not booked in advance), despite many empty tables. I'll recommend having 2 slots for dinner and breakfast when the hotel is full. Nevertheless this is a great resort and value for money. Will definitely recommend.

WE LOVED IT! The bed is so comfortable! Best sleep in a long time. The 24 hour desk!! For a 01:00 AM arrival, a smiling face was priceless! traveling from our city apartment in Hamburg, our stay in a lovely clean house with huge space outside for my toddler to run and play was refreshing. We loved the house we had right on the edge of the resort overlooking the forest. It was very peaceful and quiet as the off season had just began. Unfortunately we missed the Kids Club season by 1 day but there was still plenty to keep the children entertained. We had great fun in the Erlebnisbad. The restaurant and Plaza are beutiful. The staff were friendly, especially the ladies in the Spa where I had a very relaxing massage for my Birthday. We ate in the Ala Carte on my birthday evening - BBQ Buffet. It was ok but it was too expensive to eat there everyday. I did however get my birthday meal for free (min 4 people ordering) which is a nice touch.

Price of breakfast and food. For a family on a budget, unrealistic

It was a great experience overall, with many adventures, the kids enjoyed the stay, the pool, we had a few remarks that we've told the staff and they were very responsive and helpful. I warmly recommend the place.

The network isn't that great because is remote, but it's nice to be disconnected from the internet from now and then to get a good rest.

Accommodation and facilities were very good. Supermarket was very well stocked and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Damages in and around pool area not guarded off or attended to. Staff needs to be approached for any kind of assistance in Restaurant and Hotel areas. On check-in only paper/key handover, no additional information or help offered for first time stays.

Nice spacious room and big windows that let in plenty of light in. Fun aqua park and good breakfast

In the description it said ‘private balcony’, which was a bit of a stretch seeing as we were sharing on big balcony with all the other rooms. We had looked very much forward to the aqua park, but one of the three big slides were unfortunately closed.

The kitchen area was quite dark at night because the lights were small and weak.

It's quiet, clean, organised, live Musik/ DJ Good atmosphere. Mini Supermarket and the prices are ok.

In the Holiday Homes , no enough Facilities eg. Towels, Stuffs for cleaning Utencils and Tishwippers/ Towels.
