the room was really comfortable, the staff is very helpful. they let us check out late, at 14:30, thanks again Cristina 🙏🏻

we stayed in a triple room, and triple rooms are on the 5th floor. and the building doesn’t have an elevator. but from the first minute they warned us about it and they said that we can cancel without any problem till the last minute. But we didn’t cancel cause it was not a problem for us. And the elevator is in construction, and will be finished in a couple of months, We hope to use it in our next trip after January 2023.

This place is a gem and outperformed all our expectations! Newly renovated with tasty colors, details and charm. Very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed and a nice kitchenette corner. The breakfast was delicately set up and the breakfast room was equally styled towards the modern, trendy “home feeling” that many try to emulate but they have nailed it! Family driven and very friendly staff that communicated effectively with us online when we arrived late. We will definitely try to plan future routes through Germany via Mannheim such that we can stay at Hotel am Hafen again. PS: very short walks to nice restaurants!

Very clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with coffee mashine. Very interesting concept hotel. Easy online check - in/out. Frendly and polite staff. Beautiful outdoor sitting area. Prety quiet. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a bakery. Free paking on spot.

***It won't be an issue by the end of January 2023** It might get a bit noisy during the day as they are finishing the elevator maintenance.

lovely property, well looked after, with private secure parking and back garden. we were on the fifth floor (no elevator) so a bit of an effort with luggage, but Cristina informed us that the elevator will be installed later in the year. A very airy spacious clean room with three comfortable single beds. Generous kitchen space and fridge. great shower room. walking distance to the Quadrate and a short drive to Heilderberg.

The flat is in a great location, directly next to the city center. You can find everything you need in the apartment. The bed was super comfy. The small kitchen had a kettle and a coffee machine with capsules available. The host was amiable.

There was no hair dryer in the apartment. It was a bit loud in the evening, we couldn't stay for too long with the open windows. The windows of the apartment face the busy street.

Good rooms and excellent attitude of the staff, who took into account all our wishes in advance and calmed our worries. Special thanks for the cleanliness and quality of cleaning. Especially under beds and under tables because a small child checked those places first.😊

We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. We recommend this place very much. - Good place for a long stay. - Private parking, the only place we found with free parking in Mannheim. - Wifi in the room was working great - Super clean building, they clean our room every day without us even asking for it - Great shower - Our room had a refrigerator, coffee machine, Microwave and a water heater for tea, including tea and coffee and glasses 😍. - We had a room facing the parking side and it was super quiet. - Very flexible with a special request - Comfortable bed - Friendly staff We will definitely come again next time when we r in Mannheim

For 2 weeks it is maybe easy to find things we didn't like but in this case, everything was great. - There is no elevator (but it was nice to make some sport when going up 😉) - Some of the replacement towels were very "tired' from over washing so not feeling so nice on the body.

Cleanliness, secure parking, outside terrace, comfort, style . Lots of bars/ restaurants just around the corner.

Not the properties fault but the all night party going on at the empty space next to the garage meant for a not so great sleep. I like Donna Summer but not at 2/3/4/5/6/7 in the morning blaring. The owners have said that they will address with double glazing.

Was very clean and easy access! We stayed for only 1 night but I would definitely stay bit longer Cristina was very helpful and kind :) Free parking always a plus!

Cristina was just really helpful and with quick responsiveness. The room was just perfect with the tiny kitchen to make a cup of hot tea or coffee. Really comfy atmosphere overall!
