Fine. shower is good. no complaints. I arrived at the outlet. and this hotel had an outlet at the back). walk out the door, right through the packaging and there it is. you can buy something and immediately return to the room). super. went in the evening to a nearby restaurant La Bottega. the food there is very good. like wine.)

I could not call from my number to the indicated number on the door. it is necessary to indicate such a number so that there is a WhatsApp. And write immediately WhatsApp. and describe the procedure on the door. it is important. and so all is well.

Returned to Kitz Boutique Hotel for 3 nights and it was as great as the last time. The hotel is super clean, comfortable and modern, with excellent sleep quality (apart from the nearby church bells ringing early in the morning), super hot and powerful shower and very warm and cosy rooms. It was a great base for our 4 day stay and the bar/lounge area is a lovely space to relax and spend time in and enjoy a drink or 2. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location in Metzingen excellent.

Breakfast is basic - not as many options as you would hope for and for sure adds up if you stay a few days with a few of you on the bill. There are no TV channels other than German ones, so if you are staying on a Sunday (when literally everything in Metzingen is closed), and you don't understand German, you will need your own entertainment to fill the time (and food, as we only found a McDonalds open for dinner and the reception and bar area are closed too).

The location is awesome. The hotel looks very new, although the rooms are a bit small. Parking lot is extremely expensive, even more expensive than the Metinzgen parking lot.

The restaurant is small for the capacity of guests, so we need to say in advance what time we'll have breakfast. Sometimes this lack of flexibility can bother the plans, instead of having a time window for the breakfast.

Super quiet inside and out, excellent decor, great bed & shower - very very comfortable. Water cooler on the floor was a nice touch and I was allowed to stat working in the lounge/bar area all day with no issues - staff were great and self-check-in super easy.

Room was lacking tea facilities! (Though it did have a coffee maker). TV channels were dire

Breakfast is very limited. They charge for baby crib, 50euro! Parking is 12 euro which you can park somewhere else for 10 euro.

It was the most comfortable bed I slept in this vacation. The soft mattress and 2 personal pillows helped me to have a restful sleep. I also appreciate the fact that I had enough heat in the room. The hotel is located right in the shopping area.

It's our second time here and it will always be our choice of stay at Metzingen. Very close to the outlet, and other food options. Staff were friendly and the lounge area is great to work at too.

It's a little noisy when people are closing their doors in the morning.

Location and decor is great.

Street location can be a bit noisy especially in summer as no aircon or fans means you need to open windows

The Ground Floor Restaurant should have some snacks or sandwiches etc Rooms shd have a proper chair and table for laptop work

- Great location for Metzingen Outlet. - Kind staff and really quite place to stay - Paid Car parking was also good to use - Paid breakfast was good quality - trendy and clean

- No fan and air conditioning - a bit tiny room for 2 or 3 pax but enough for one
