Breakfast was excellent, even though I did not manage to eat it all! Staff very helpful and willing to provide anything that may not have been included in the buffet. Nothing seemed to be a problem to them.
At dinner, asking for a glass of sparkling water and being given a large bottle of sparkling water was a little bit cheeky. Maybe one more vegetarian option on the dinner menu would be nice.

- rooms were very spacious (I stayed in a deluxe room) - separate bath and shower in the bathroom - many windows for natural light - building is beautiful and location is right near the main highways through western germany
Breakfast selection was limited, but you could ask for eggs being made fresh

The breakfast was excellent ! a combination of being served at the table and a buffet for extra's eggs on request, and orange juice also proposed
The bathroom : I personally appreciate a shower. Here there was a shower in a bath (under a roof inclination). That was the only minus of the hotel experience.

Only splitting hairs, we felt the check in assistant could have made more of an effort with some simple questions/directions we asked!

The peace and quiet and the rooms are huge breakfast is abundant the staff was exceptional especially when i passed out and hit my head. They helped me out called an ambulance and once back I found a bowl of treats

All was good, a desk would have been handy. But they prefered to have a dressoir instead. Works as well

the hotel was lovely with fabulous decor and extremely comfortable rooms, beds and fabulous bedding. breakfast was super.
Only slight issue is that the bar and refreshments were not open until 5pm each day

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived late but they made sure to put the key and instructions in a little box and sent me the code for the box. The room was small but very clean and nicely decorated, just as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great too.
