hotel was clean , small room but comfortable we liked the location , the town was frendly stunning town and area

after arival we found we had to park away from hotel , collect cloths fom car walk to hotel each night. they had parking but you have to reserve before arival . we had bikes on back of car so felt awkward leaving them away from hotel . second day we found we could park bikes at hotel remember to ask .. in the town centre you could not just order drinks and sit you had to order food as well ..at night we went to a couple of bars but could not sit outside unless you bought food .

Nice room, good service and beautiful locaties. Also very well cleaned. Even when we didn't arrive on time because of a traffic jam, the staff found a good solution!

The rooms are quite heary so I was not able to sleep for a few hours because of noisy neighbours coming home late in the evening. Hearing them talking quite loudly. Especially as a light sleeper this was a bit annoying, but that said, this is the only thing i didn't like.

Because we ran late we called the accommodation. A late check-in was arranged without any issue by a very friendly lady. The room is fine, not big but certainly not tiny and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. The price is fine for the location. The location is very near by the center of Monschau.

The sealant (kit) in the bathroom could use a renewal.

Friendly and helpful staff. A safe option for travelling couples, families, women. New and comfy furniture. Small and compact rooms, but new, really clean and with everything you need. Nice view over the rooftops of Monschau. 5 Min. walk to a big and cheap parking location, 5 Min. to Sparkasse and 2Min. walking distance to the old town and tourist attractions and pubs. Really clean room, bathroom, fresh towels. Good Wifi-connection. Free coffee, tee and hot chocolate 24/7 in the restaurant - even if you don’t book breakfast. There was the option to book a parking lot in front of the hotel for 10€ per day. There were about 7-9 parking lots, that were all already booked. There is a 7€ per day parking lot not that far away from the hotel, so parking was not a problem. Would stay here again!

It’s located on a steep hill and may not be that accessible for people with disabilities. No elevator in the hotel either, you have to carry your luggage with you up the stairs.

Location was perfect: just a 3 minute walk into town and a 4 minute walk from a parking garage. The room has everything we needed, even a refrigerator and a hairdryer. The furniture looks new and clean.

When you have a room in front (on the first floor), you hear and smell the smoking guests outside. When you have a room at the backside (which we requested a few days later) you will be disturbed by the screaming youth and their loud music.

Location in center, clean room, good breakfast and safe arrangements due to covid as we had to wear mask in the hotel plus gloves while picking the food from buffet. We got a room with nice view, they are small but enough.

It was not informed anywhere before booking that we need a covid test. Governement site said no need but one day before departure we saw on tv that it may differ per city or hotel so is better to contact hotel. We called but no answer, let message but no call back. We asked the hotel by email when was still free to cancel but we got answer that a test is a must the next day when cancelling was costing full amount, we had to run to find a test location and get it done on time. Parking is limited and need to reserve it otherwise you can park outside the city center, is not far but incovenient, 7 euro/day.

The hotel is in a very good location, with decent sized rooms which were very clean and well equipped. The reception lady was also very nice to us and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if ever coming back!

Perhaps the curtains were a bit annoying in the morning as they let a lot of light come in, since they don’t cover the whole window.

Lack of airco with these high temperatures this summer, but we knew that before, so no real complaint... Therefore you might consider the price quite high, inluding beakfast and parking, but on the other hand the location is great, so...

Not so much to complain really. It was good value for the price. The only thing I could add is that it would've been great if there was a water kettle in the room.

It was overall a good hotel. It was clean, quiet. Even though we arrived out of the checkin hours, it was easy to get the keys and everything was well prepared for us inside the room.

The only issue we had was with pillows. They weren't comfortable.
