All digital, no personal communication. Every update is quick via WhatsApp, I love it. You can ask anything and get a quick response online. Kitchen, coffee. Liked little notes everywhere. But I'd like to have some instructions for the stove. Liked that there was everything you need: for showing, cooking, resting and living in general. The room itself was very comfortable and stylish. Loved the co-working space! Even though I came here in cold winter time, it was really warm in the apartments. The area is good, near Ostbahnhof, Tram, U-Bahn. It's not "central center", but also beautiful. There is ALDI near the hotel. I liked that there is a terrace (didn't really use it, because of the weather, but it's still cool).

The pillows were not very good for sleep. Simple orthopedic pillow from Ikea is cheap and comfortable, I don't know why hotels always prefer strange uncomfortable pillows. Anyway, it's a minor. Didn't like that somebody entered my room while I was away. I guess that was stuff, but I didn't get why, they just rearranged some of my belongings and didn't do cleaning or something like that (I didn't have any information about cleaning during my stay). It was just kinda creepy.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights at its Junior Suite. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a solo traveler like myself, and it is equipped with simple kitchenette and a dishwasher. My room did not come with a balcony, but I saw some rooms do have balconies. This property is not in the center, but it is really value for the money considering its competitive room rates. I bought daily tickets to get around. It is about 15 minutes away by subway (U bahn) to the center of Munich or those tourist attractions. The nearest subway station is Karl-Preis-Platz, which is 400 meters away ( less than 5 minutes walk). I also took a bus (No 55) from/to Munich East Station, and the bus stop is right at the junction (less than 100 meters from the facility). I liked its digital check-in and out concept and free locker services.

There was really nothing much around the facility. I had to go to East Station area to grab some food or visit supermarkets.

Nice and clean apartment not far from public transport and the Ostbahnhof railway station. Grocery store, bakery and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. With small kitchen facilities it is a convenient type of accommodation if you are staying for multiple more than a couple of days.

Not a big dislike, but there were only 2 sets of glasses, cups, plates and cutleryin the room. That means that you have to put on a nearly empty dishwasher each day if you make your own breakfast. There was almost never extra towels available in the closet in the common area.

It’s a great apartment hotel. You have everything you need. The quality is always spotless - when it comes to the design, the cleanness, the equipment, the bathroom. I was very happy with my choice of accommodation. I loved the contactless check-in and check-out, and the clear communication throughout the process. Perfect for introvert solo travellers 😊

The price was really high but it was due to the Adele concert in town that was also my reason to visit Munich this weekend. And among many options, numa was still a reasonably priced one. Furthermore, there was a noise in the room during the night. I think, it was related to the ventillation system. It was not loud but regular, every 15-20min, but it was enough for me to wake up from time to time for this sound during the night. This was not so optimal. Otherwise, no complains.

Spacious and comfortable room with a large terrace, offering plenty of space to relax. The support team was very responsive and quick to assist, and the location was great for what I needed—convenient and well-connected.

I found the room to be quite cold, and although an extra blanket was delivered upon request, it would be helpful to have extras readily available. Additionally, the electronic curtain controls were not intuitive, making it unclear which buttons operated which curtains. A hanger for hand towels in the shower would also be a useful addition. While the shower was great, its open design led to water spilling onto the floor, which could be inconvenient.

The location, good neighbourhood and was close to a supermarket and a restaurant just next to it. I liked the style and decor. There was excellent lighting everywhere to choose from. I enjoyed the open views from the windows and shutters for screening. The bed very comfortable. Quiet and relaxing with soundproofing. WiFi was good and I also loved the aromatherapy shower and lotion products. There was also an ease of getting to the apartment with digital entry and clear instructions for parking, also lifts to take you to the room. Washers and dryers were on site, you need to pre book, but we did not use them. We had a very nice stay and rested from our travels.

I had a great stay at numa apartments. During the month of many popular concerts in Munich it wasn't easy to find a nice place for a reasonable price. The apartment had so much more than a budget hotel room - space, kitchen (even with dish washing machine) and all other comfort necessities of home. Rooms are well equipped and modern, pillows were better than any budget hotel could offer too. My primary transport was with metro U2 line and Ostbahn both of which are close by (metro 5min walk,train station-12). Walking to the city center from the apartment could be challenging. Instructions on how to access the apartment were sent on the day and everything was perfectly clear. I didn't mind at all that noone changed towels or took away rubbish, i enjoyed the self-catering aspect of it. I'd gladly stay at numa again:)

Just minor changes really to make it even better - mesh on windows from insects. An instruction perhaps on how to operate the ventilation system, the fan in bathroom never turned off no matter what I've tried. Few rooms below me where smokers so hard to escape that in summer with a window opened. Would be nice if smoking could be in one designated area. It can get noisy from the street, especially with sirens passing but for sleeping the provided earplugs helped.

The furnishing, the check-in/check-out, the design, they were responded quickly to WhatsApp, good location.

The one and only big negative is the ventilator. It's not only that it works all the time and it makes noise which in my case was very disturbing during my night sleep but also it is probably badly programmed. I always bring with me a precision humidity detector and the ventilator was still working while the humidity of the room was under 35% (humidity in internal places should be between 30%-55%. Ideally 40%-45%). So, either the sensor of the ventilator should be replaced or maintenanced, or the hotel service should change the working limits of the ventilator.

I had a brillaint stay at Numa Stark. Not only were the facilities high-end and all working well, there were also many amenities both in the apartment, the shared space and the nearby area. Fantastic transport connections to the centre, airport and surburban trains, with the stations very nearby. The room was a fantastic space and I loved the option to cook, to work and to rest all in one place. Also the rooms are certainly sound-proof, which was ideal for my working holiday.

The kitchen, whilst well filled with useful equipment, lacks surface space so it can be hard to cook or prepare food. It works, but it can take a lot longer because of so little counter space.

Having no staff/workers at the location is weird, but everything works very easily through digital channels, such as WhatsApp. The location was great because a subway station was one block away, 5 minutes walking and you can basically get anywhere. Room is nice, bed is very comfy and the pillows were very very good, big and soft. Bathroom was nothing extraordinary, but big enough for one person and with good amenities.

The A/C was not working at all and neither the towel dryer. I contacted about the dryer only and I as informed it only works in the winter, so anyway.
