All digital, no personal communication. Every update is quick via WhatsApp, I love it. You can ask anything and get a quick response online. Kitchen, coffee. Liked little notes everywhere. But I'd like to have some instructions for the stove. Liked that there was everything you need: for showing, cooking, resting and living in general. The room itself was very comfortable and stylish. Loved the co-working space! Even though I came here in cold winter time, it was really warm in the apartments. The area is good, near Ostbahnhof, Tram, U-Bahn. It's not "central center", but also beautiful. There is ALDI near the hotel. I liked that there is a terrace (didn't really use it, because of the weather, but it's still cool).

The pillows were not very good for sleep. Simple orthopedic pillow from Ikea is cheap and comfortable, I don't know why hotels always prefer strange uncomfortable pillows. Anyway, it's a minor. Didn't like that somebody entered my room while I was away. I guess that was stuff, but I didn't get why, they just rearranged some of my belongings and didn't do cleaning or something like that (I didn't have any information about cleaning during my stay). It was just kinda creepy.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights at its Junior Suite. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a solo traveler like myself, and it is equipped with simple kitchenette and a dishwasher. My room did not come with a balcony, but I saw some rooms do have balconies. This property is not in the center, but it is really value for the money considering its competitive room rates. I bought daily tickets to get around. It is about 15 minutes away by subway (U bahn) to the center of Munich or those tourist attractions. The nearest subway station is Karl-Preis-Platz, which is 400 meters away ( less than 5 minutes walk). I also took a bus (No 55) from/to Munich East Station, and the bus stop is right at the junction (less than 100 meters from the facility). I liked its digital check-in and out concept and free locker services.

There was really nothing much around the facility. I had to go to East Station area to grab some food or visit supermarkets.

The furnishing, the check-in/check-out, the design, they were responded quickly to WhatsApp, good location.

The one and only big negative is the ventilator. It's not only that it works all the time and it makes noise which in my case was very disturbing during my night sleep but also it is probably badly programmed. I always bring with me a precision humidity detector and the ventilator was still working while the humidity of the room was under 35% (humidity in internal places should be between 30%-55%. Ideally 40%-45%). So, either the sensor of the ventilator should be replaced or maintenanced, or the hotel service should change the working limits of the ventilator.

I've got a corner suite, with a street cross view, but very quiet. Suite with very comfy bed, a 43" HDTV (4K), kitchenette with dishwasher, stove and fridge, walk-in rain shower. Washing room in the basement with steam ironing station. New building with modern design and raw concrete ceilings, everywhere!

The ventilator in the bathroom is always working, annoying. Noname coffee capsules - not really up to the level of the hotel (i had one broken stuck in the machine)

Location! Size of room was good, amenities in kitchen and bathroom were all good; having full kitchen is great, having clean laundry facility in house is wonderful, having easy access to extra towels, toilet paper, etc, as needed is much appreciated. Appreciated having overall quiet room Good price and value for money. I have not used the breakfast facility.

Broken toilet seat (fixed by staff when informed), ants in kitchen and bathroom areas (treated during stay but they returned after treatment), construction people working/parking directly outside my ground-floor room (I often had to keep my curtain closed); Bathroom fan constantly running even when switch is turned off. No airconditioning for upcoming trip this hot summer...would fans be available?

Everything was very good, the cleanliness, the location, the people who are aware of your safety, thank you very much

Spacious rooms with little gifts, which really made a change since we arrived late and didn't have the time to go to the supermarket. Check in process is also easy, check-out as well. Apartment is very modern with a little teracce with a great view. Bathroom is super clean, shampoos smell amazing :D

Everything. It was clean, spacious, modern and it had A/C for the crazy summer. I had a kitchen which came in hqndy. It felt like coming home after whatever activity i was doing outside in the city, and it felt like some here I could rest and decompress. Internet was great as well! Over all i had a great day experience here and if you are ok NOT have room service, this place is GREAT!

While I get the concept of doing everything online. Sometimes new coffee pods were needed or I needed a general question answered, it seemed more understaffed than "Oh I can do it or ask for it online". Also I didn't even know if I could aka for ice online or call?!?... Maybe more info around the hotel about how this things can be solved or a bit more presence of the concept.

Very positive and stylish decor and colours. Great eye for details, organic chips and water for free (for that period of time). The shampoo, body wash etc were also at a very good quality. The air con was fabulous, never had such a well functioning one in a hotel room. Not too cold and not too warm. Furniture on balcony was comfi as well. Entire check in procedure was easy going and digital. Bed also super comfi, and very well placed, also with additional cupboards around it and next to the sofa as well, for phone, water bottle etc. Overall woukd definitely stay there again.

A tiny bit noisy due to being situated at the street and a Biergarten. But for sure having the windows closed makes it tranquil. A peeler for cooking would be awesome.

My room had a kitchenette stocked with tea and coffee..bar fridge, stove top and microwave. It was about a two kilometre walk to Deutsch museum and other interesting cafe areas..there is a restaurant next door open for lunch and dinner. My room opened onto a deck area. I also liked the space in the room. The only problem I had was checking in. They send a verification code via SMS. However my travel Sim doesn't accept SMS so it took three phone calls and quite sometime to sort that problem out.. The hotel phone staff told me the German government doesn't allow them to send verification codes via email. So I had to take a photo of my passport..email it to them then they sent me my entry code for this reason I have to mark them down as a place to stay.

The check-in system didn't work for me.
