Breakfast was good, you can get a decent cup of English tea. Beds were dreamily comfortable. Huge park out the back for a nice walk (I had one before breakfast).

Beware that cycle pathways in the region are very poor, even the official ones. Sandy or with terrible cobblestones. Only get off at Trebnitz if arriving by train from Berlin and then going by bike, don't get off earlier for a nice cycle ride. Or come with a mountain bike. I was with a Brompton and it was impossible to ride a lot of the time.

Lovely restored historical site with modern hotel amenities in a beautiful scenery. The rooms are well designed, comfortable, clean, and have a nice view onto the park (if you got the backside). Staff are very friendly. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. Nearby restaurant serves good food and also has nice staff. Sauna was good as well.

It is definitely on the higher end of the price range, which is justified for the hotel itself, but possibly makes it less attractive to visit given the limited leisure activities in near proximity in comparison to other locations in the province/state.

The room I stayed in lacked decoration effort, super gray and basic. It was functional, however that's about it, felt like staying at an office equipped with a bed rather than a relaxing/comfortable hotel room. The lack of air-conditioning + sticky air due to weather conditions + window impossible to wide-open due to room situation (ground floor) and window form (floor-ceiling type of window = wide-opening of the window would be alike wide-opening the entry door overnight) made the room slightly uncomfortable.

A perfect stay in a quiet, elegant place....The room was big and clean, very polite staff, the large park with old trees, lakes, birds... the buildings are very well renovated, very good breakfast... everything was perfect!

Superb location for hiking in the Märkische Schweiz, cycling along the banks of the Oder river. Area is full of history. Excellent cultural events. Very good restaurant.

All was perfect

Staying in Hotel Schloss Neuhardenberg was absolutely amazing. All staffs are kind, helpful and very professional! Whole facilities are clean and very well maintained, especially, the garden was epic. Breakfast has decent menu options and it was tasty.

Getting to the hotel from train station was a bit tricky. If you moved with your car, absolutely no problem otherwise you should consider booking a taxi.

The room was beautiful, spacious and everything was new. It is a perfect stay for a couple that wants to get away from the city. I would not recommend the room with little children as our room was over two stories with the 2nd story not kids-friendly/safe.
