What we really appreciated was very kind and capable staff, rooms were big enough and there was a very large double bed in one of our rooms. We also liked the possibility of sitting right outside the rooms in the evening, and we were allowed to bring our drinks from the restaurant, so we were close to kids after we put them to bed. The inner swimming pool was also very handy. In the bier garten, there was a playground, and also there was a play room by the lobby inside.
We would have appreciated a small refrigerator in the room and a microwave in the dining room so we could have managed the food for our little one better. Still, with the help of the kind staff we managed it quite well.

The staff were friendly. The rooms are cute. Sauna and pool were amazing. Beautiful view from the terrace.
There was a wet dog smell in the room (I guess from the previous guest) that I couldn't remove with all freshners I bought. Breakfast is not the best

I came with my boys and they loved the swimming pool. It was the main reason we booked this particular place. They enjoyed the playroom as well. The location is great for exploring the Bayerisher Wald and we were pleasantly surprised that the room rate came with coupons to the Wald Wipfel Weg which we were planning on visiting the next day anyways (this alone is the reason my rating is so high).
The only real complaint is that the wifi didn't work at all. That's a big deal breaker, especially since the hotel is advertised with wifi. Additionally, the staff knew there was a problem beforehand yet at no point did they tell me there would be no wifi. Breakfast was fine--nothing notable although nothing wrong.

It’s was clean
The staff doesn’t speak English. Can’t pay with card only cash. The dinner was really bad poor quality ( left it on the table) Not staying for breakfast after that. They charge me extra 9.90 € when I paid everything before by booking. com. Disappointed for this property.
