A family of four with a dog, we stayed at hotel Wittorf for three nights in the quadruple room. Everything worked really well: the room was large enough to accommodate us all, the property was very well maintained and clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff friendly. So overall, very good value. If you need a place to stay in the area or are just passing by, this is a very good choice.

Close to highway, but yet quiet area. Electric vehicle charger on the hotel property. The hotel is located in a small village, and has a little garden. The staff are really kind and helpful. We travelled with two small kids, and they recieved treats from the staff. Comfortable beds and a modern bathroom with very nice smelling soaps. Breakfast was delicious! Everything was up to high standard.

They made the effort to contact me to say that reception had closed as I was a late check in. I was informed as to how to get my key. I had not yet paid but their main concern was that I had a room. Very impressed with that. I paid for my 2 night stay the next morning and the duty receptionist was very polite and spoke perfect English. I felt very welcome at this hotel.

No room in the car park when I arrived late. Had to park on the public road which I don’t think had CCTV.

Everything about the Hotel was good! Even the breakfast surprised us a lot! There was abundance of cheese and cold cuts and it was much more than expected!

The only thing was with the breakfast and honestly I can get over it so quickly, it was that the scrambled eggs was cold, but again could do without them so easily 🤣

It was quite unprofessional to come over and ask once more your room number while having the breakfast. It was already been informed before entering for breakfast! That was the first time ever I had to inform my room number twice for having breakfast! Lack of fridge and minibar is also a disadvantage inside the room!

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! From the warm and friendly receptionist to the smiling housekeeping staff, everyone made us feel welcome. The room was amazing, featuring a luxurious heated bathroom floor. Breakfast in the charming veranda was delightful, with an extensive selection. Highly recommended for a truly unforgettable experience!

1.Very clean and modern hotel. Very quiet in the night to have a good sleep The room is big and comfortable. The bathroom with smart function, you can listen the music and have a shower. 2.The young girl from reception is very friendly and speak good English,very helpful. 3. Good breakfast, lots of kinds of food to eat. 4. Free and safety parking in the garden, but limited place, beware if total full booked then it maybe a problem 5. Near the outlet, only 5-10 minutes by walk. You can shopping to crazy😂

Only the restaurant has not enough employees. We wait more than 15 minutes for the drink and more than 45 minutes for the food.

The room was immaculate, the food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really nice and tasty. Check in was really fast, despite a mix up with the payment from Booking.com but it was sorted very quickly.

Service in the restaurant was very slow for dinner. When you've had an 8 hour drive, you don't expect to wait 30 mins for a drink and have to ask for the menus at the bar (despite it being quiet). More annoying was folk that came in after us and sat in the winter garden were served before us, we were in the outside area. Had to wait 30 mins for scrambled eggs in the morning. The terrace outside our room 102 had dog poo on the grass and bird poo on the table that wasn't fresh (very dry). We had 2 large dogs with us and totally respect the rules regarding cleaning up after them but it seems there weren't any checks before our arrival regards to previous doggy guests. Gardens and terraces need attention.

Very professional young lady at reception (Melina) who checked us in quickly when we arrived late due to horrific traffic on Germany's motorways. She provided extra assistance for us in many ways ensuring our stay was simply great!

Coffee-machine at breakfast buffet lacked all options that included milk but the assortment of teas was excellent so we managed quite well.

Perfect location for shopping at outlet village. The hotel is easy to find and parking is free at the hotel. Outlet is in walking distance from the hotel(300 meters). Very Big room and quit. Very nice with terasse. Breakfast good and dinner was perfect with a huge snitzel, thanks.
