Time goes by, and things get old. That's the first impression I got from the hotel and logically from my room. Very comfortable, very good bed, even a balcony... but the furniture is already a bit worn, and there was a smell coming from the bathroom that is typical of things that age. This of course does not tarnish its ‘image’. Very good breakfast

There is very little that I did not like, and I have commented on this before.I could keep the smell of the bathroom, which is repeated in the garage, but nothing else.

The staff was very nice. My booked room had a damaged hair dryer, and the shower head was broken. After informing the staff, I have been upgraded to a slightly larger room due to the hotel technician not being in house that day. Both rooms were pretty much spotless. No damages to any furniture either, other than the usual wear and tear. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was long enough to fit a person like me with a height of 1,96m without a problem. Parking was a bit pricy but still decent. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay

It had a nice small, swimming pool, and a nice sauna area. Not very big but convenient to use.

My phone charger was taken out of my room by the cleaning employees. When I called to the reception, they told me it was there in an envelope with my room number on it. It was totally clear I was not checked out yet dot dot so I find it very weird that my cable was taken out of my room for no reason if I wouldn’t have called the reception my cable was gone. I consider this kind of behavior, a theft by the staff. Also, to check in was only possible after 3 PM, which is quite late in my opinion.

Well located and it had everything. The spa area was great, and good restaurant.

The receptionist treated me very poorly, to the point of raising her voice because I asked her to speak in English since I don't speak German. Her works were something like "I will treat it with your husband and he can pass it on to you". This is unheard and something should be done about this kind of behavior. I would not rate the hotel poorly because it met the amenities expectations, but the staff may need better training.

breakfast was decent and fresh. Room was spacious. location - although not near a train line or walking distance from Fair, there were shuttles to the Fair and Taxis readily available at all times . spacious rooms and cleanliness makes it worthwhile.

internet was very slow after our first two days ....

We stayed one night because of this hotel near Volksfest Nürnberg, and there is a nice park beside the hotel , quite nice and good location out of downtown, plenty of parking place for 10 Euro per night . Breakfast 18 Euro per person, coffee was great, not too much choices but it’s ok . And there is a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel, it’s great . The hotel staff are really friendly. The bed was really comfortable. Will come back again -:)

The location was very close to the tram and bus stop. It was nice to have a restaurant on site after a long day, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly.

The air conditioner was not working. The hotel offered room service but failed to have a menu or information about the local area in the room. Which I have noticed is standard for larger hotel chains.

Every time you want to leave the hotels underground parking you need to pick a token, so if there is a que at reception , one will waste a lot of time. Everything else was excellent

The hotel is modern and comfortable with adequate underground parking and relatively easy to find. The location is leafy and quiet and very convenient for visiting the centre of Nurnberg by tram and the Nazi Rally Grounds.

The restaurant and parking are relatively expensive

Big room with very comfortable bathroom and great location. Nice Wellnes area with good swimming pool but not that good saunas.

Sauna was quite small and not very hot, second steam sauna didn't worked at all. And my bed was very uncomfortable, but overall Room was very nice and I like it.
