We booked two apartments, a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom, in separate annex buildings during our stay. These apartments were lovely, well-equipped, and generally clean. The beds were comfortable, and despite the warm temperatures, it was cool enough inside. The town itself is charming and conveniently connected, making it a great base for exploring the area. However, I would like to provide some additional information, especially for non-German speaking visitors, regarding the parking situation. Each apartment comes with its own designated parking space, which is located underground and connected to the apartments via a lift. Each apartment has a designated parking spot labelled with its name. While this system is efficient, it may be confusing for non-German speakers. The key to the apartment also grants access to the garage. We cannot comment on the hotel's breakfast options as we chose not to partake. For those seeking self-catering, there is a Norma supermarket, just a short 7-minute walk from the apartments. The hotel's indoor pool was nice, and it even had swimming aids available for kids, making it a great amenity for families

One challenge we encountered was a slight language barrier with the reception staff, as they were not entirely fluent in English. This made it a bit more challenging to understand the parking system, but once we figured it out, everything ran smoothly.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a window. There were enough towels and bathrobes, too. The staff was always available, friendly, and kind. The breakfast was great, even offered milk alternatives and real honey. Pool had towels available and free drinking water. We had the possibility to park the bikes in a safe space. There was free drinking water at the reception and apples as well.

The bathroom sink had an issue that could have been fixed, but I forgot to tell them. The fitness room had a lot of cool things, but cables were hanging out, and it looked improvised and as wastenof fitness devices. But there was disinfectant and paper to clean everything, which is great.

The beds where comfortable. The furniture looked nice but in general the room as well as the bathroom could need a revamp. Was very clean though, just a bit out of the time. Especially since you get another expectation once you enter the hotel lobby which looks quite modern. The bathroom door cannot be opened fully and everything you hit the washing table with it. You wonder what the architect did respectively why no sliding door is being installed instead. The breakfast room was very cosy, the breakfast variety, quality and staff there fantastic! Location is top central.

Loved the views from some rooms. Excellent breakfast. Proximity to family activities. The fact that the hotel has a wellness area with a pool. Lovely staff, especially the ‘senior’ members. :)

- Limited parking. - Some rooms in the annex building were facing a white wall, so it’s really schade to be assigned there when you expect mountain views, but my kids’ rooms had mountain views.

Excellent barkeeper and very good breakfast. Generally very friendly staff.

The TV station selection is very limited. The suite did not have coffee, while it had a water heater. The place could use an overall touch up.

We stayed here as respite from the rail strike in Germany. This is a very well run hotel, with an excellent restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet was included, which had the best selection of teas for tea drinkers that we encountered in a month of travelling. Easy walking distance to the station and central to all other amenities in the town.

Pool was great. The view from our balcony was stunning and very relaxing. Very friendly staff. Lovely evening meal . Good selection at breakfast and everything was refilled quickly. We liked the location, central in the town. Worth paying for the place in the car park where we left the car during our stay.

The single room was simple but larger than expected and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with ample choice in a very beautiful traditional breakfast room.

The only thing that could be improved was the easy-listening American music played at breakfast, which did not suit the place.
