Clean and spacious A complimentary bottle of water.
No slippers,no body cream,no conditioner only body and hair wash. A hanging seat that is not comfy and certainly not for an older person. No suitcase stand,small closed,no phone to contact with the lobby or for room service. Two elevators.For four days the one of them was out of order and the other busy and slow.

Clean, quiet and efficient. Air conditioning. Adjacent covered parking garage. Breakfast was good and everything was fresh. Restaurant staff handled/partitioned large conference groups effectively, allowing solos, couples and small groups to enjoy their meals with out being crowded.
Not necessarily bad, but the hotel area is a little isolated. Bars and restaurants can be reached in a 15-20 minute walk.

Very clean - nice smell when you come inside - very nice hallway
Should put some protection on the mattress and put maybe some sitting chairs near the water and for the bees putting some stuff so they can go there and we can eat peacefully outside

excellent breakfast, very good lunch and dinner. everyone was smiling and try to make you comfortable.
The only point which in my eyes is negative, the rooms do not have any minibar, if you want to drink cold water you have to call the room service or go down to get some.

The Rilano is located in a somewhat industrial area of Oberursel, but in easy walking distance of the subway (which is above-ground at that point), which is what we wanted as we were spending our time mainly in Frankfurt and in the Taunus (agricultural/recreational region near Frankfurt). The room was well furnished but quite small, making maneuvering to the bathroom in the dark a bit challenging, and the beds were, if anything, too soft. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, given the constraints of COVID, and the breakfast buffet, which costs quite a bit if you don't pay for it in advance, is ample. We were there on New Year's Eve and there was a party downstairs, we were only one floor above and we heard no noise at all.
I would have liked a little more space and a slightly firmer mattress. Otherwise, no complaints.

Spotless throughout (reception, bar, outdoors). Room nicely furnished and good size. Staff very professional, polite and helpful.
The Aircon did work, but could not get the room cool enough in the current heatwave.
