The decor and architecture. The facilities and the food. The room and the price.
The shower curtains are too low, makes it hard to shower with the curtain rail on your head whilst bending down to try to be under it. The pillows had some sort of bird feather in them. They were very soft but they kept poking out of the pillow and the stem was very sharp and hurt a bit.

Hotel was good and clean. Location is closed s bahn, bus station and regio trains. there r too many sbhn line options
Round of otel seems a lit bit unsecure but this is not fault of otel ofcourse

The location being close to hauptbahnhof and not far from markt platz is a huge plus. The hotel is very nice and decorated in nice antiques makes you feel comfortable
That I had to leave at end of vacation in Offenbach

I had just one night's stay. It was pretty practical, clean, easy check-in and out. Super close to one of the train stations. Wifi was great. The bathroom was super nice and the water pressure was awesome. Quite place with some old charm.
I have no complaints since I have only stayed for a day.

When you ask them for something they don’t solve it quickly because i had a problem with the air conditioning in my room and it took them the whole day to send someone to fix it

Refrigerator, kettle in the room are very usefull. The water in the shower is perfekt.

Pillows are very soft and lije a sack . I can not use 3 pillows together. Uncomfortable too This is worst. Separatelly there is not turkish Canals on tv.
