3rd stay at this hotel and it is consistently clean, comfortable and convenient. Public parking lot is right next door and you can walk into the old town in 5 minutes, so lots of restaurant and bar choices. Breakfast buffet is amazing, but unless you are a big breakfast eater, likely not worth it. My suite room had a small minifridge and a kettle, but it would be nice if the regular rooms also had this amenity. I hope to be back soon.

Location near city center, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Restaurant in the hotel : food is delicious, the price is reasonable, so is the bar. The service is good and fast. The waiters are friendly, so are the staffs at the reception.

The room facilities are very basic, there is no water cooker or coffee machine. We stayed in Superior Twin Room.

Breakfast was very good and there was enough of everything and more. Also the waiters did a very good job.

Everything is very good, they could answer your questions, fe. at the bar you wanted to drink something and you ask what was better they could explain perfect which beer etc....

The layout of the gardens and the reception and bedrooms were superb, very clean and te staff were exceptional, kind and helpful. The location was perfect, 300 metres from the Altstadt (Old Town), just perfect.

Nothing. It was all perfect except there were a few steps to climb to enter the hotel but they are not steep and there are handrails. I have a walking disability but I was able to climb the steps to the hotel very easily.

Location is great and if you get a room with a view to the courtyard you will have a nice view of the city, as well as a quiet night (no sound from the street). Convenient parking in the public garage (15 euro/day) with connection directly to the hotel.

The furniture is quite old and the WiFi isn't stable. Beds are very soft

Excellent staff so helpful when i arrived late. Booked an accessible room but none where available so made adjustments so got a lovely room that worked just as well. Great beautiful hotel with dining room was immaculate beds comfortable

The parking was not that easy a shame you can reserve it when booking. For able bodied people im sure it works fine but for someone with mobility issues it was a little tricky

The location is good, because it was near from my meeting point for work and from centrum.

The wifi didn't work during my stay, but the staff was kind enough to try to provide me help. But in my coworker's room, the shower didn't work well, the water is not coming out properly. The water pressure was weak.

Can only recommend the place. It is very close to the city center and the botanical garden. Everything was very clean, elegant and comfy. The breakfast was phenomenal.

Just a minor thing: they have inbuilt shampoo and body wash etc., but they had not all been refilled. That does not take away from the great experience though.

abundance - is the main word for this hotel. Everything you might ever need is here. We liked this hotel very much. If you travel by car and with team/kids, the location, services and all other attributes of this hotel is mathematically perfect. Special thanks for the management to allowing us to settle when we arrived 4 hours before checkin time:)
