The buffet breakfast was good, but nothing incredibly special. The staff was very nice. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the building so there's an amazing view over the ocean. Great location, right on the water and main walking promenade. Still very peaceful because the town is quiet in general. Everything is walkable within Binz. The sauna area is very nice and spacious, many different large rooms and showers. The pool is pretty shallow but also nice.

Our bathroom smelt like urine. Everything looked a bit more outdated in real life than in the pictures, but was in good condition. Parking situation is not great - you have to reserve a spot in advance which we did not know so we ended up having to pay 20 euros for a day of parking down the street. Parking was 11 euros per day at the hotel.

The location is superb, right in front of the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view to the sea, and the breakfast and dinner that were included were also good.

The floating pool was not open, they claim due to Covid-19. It may well be, but I didn't see this information clearly when booking. And though the room was perfectly clean, some common areas of the hotel seemed a bit dirty. I'm sure they weren't really dirty, as we saw cleaning happening often, and dirty spots were mostly stains on the carpet that must be just impossible to remove. However, that's the appearance you get by having carpets everywhere, while guests are going back and forth between the hotel and the beach.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The sea was cold in September, but the hotel has an amazing choice of different saunas and there is a good swimming poll. We will defenetely stay here next time! ⭐

The only thing - the hotel does not provide any beach loungers for the guests on the beach, from my experience this is the first time when you have to pay for it dispite of the hotel is located in the first coastline.

The location (across the beach and walking distance to everything), the breakfast was really good, the pool and spa area were nice too.

The bedroom was extremely warm all the time and humid, the towels were not able to dry from one day to another. Also they didn’t change the towels in 4 nights and they only cleaned once. The bed mattress and pillows were too old and deformed.

Swimming pool was cool, there were only few people there, it was clean and warm. You can order a cold glass of beer, which is nice.

Our room was a little bit too small for 4 of us, furniture is quite old, but the bathroom was nice. Quite difficult to get through people at the restaurant, not enough place for all the guests.

I strongly appreciate how inclusive the hotel is according to the staff members. I was positively surprised to see employees of different ages as well as country origines. The employees working on reception as well as in the restaurant were always very polite and helpful. If I ever go back to Binz, I will stay here. 10 out of 10!

The hotel design is not 100% my taste, but this is only to my opinion

i mean guys… the offer hand cream in the room and put chocolate under the pillow, it’s so sweet, and the breakfast is like whaaat !! so much things you can choose , and the pool is so niceeeee! it’s like you don’t wanna leave the hotel forever! it’s that good !

everything is perfect but i wish the swimming pool was worked longer than 21:00

It was great to have the spa in the hotel as well as beach access in under 5 mins. Breakfast was really nice and varied.

I wish that the saunas were open for longer. The facilities were a bit old and run down but at the same time it was fine overall.

The location, swimming poll and spa, and fabulous array of buffet choices were excellent.

We stayed for a week and the sheets were not changed. Some of the meal choices were at times bland. The music in the restaurant did not seem necessary.

The Pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool with my son. He did not want to leave the pool at all. Breakfast was really good. location also was very near the beach.

The bed and especially pillows were not comfortable at all. The dinner could be improved.
