Fantastic location - peaceful, with a beautiful lake view, rooms of decent size, very comfortable bed, bathrooms on a smaller size, but well equipped. Clean and welcoming swimming pools, both fresh and salt water with all necessary gear - bathrobes, towels. Splendid breakfasts, one of the best I've had at a hotel.

The mini-fridge is full of minibar bottles so effectively there's no fridge to store anything. Also, no kettle and no tea/coffee station available in the room. One can ask about the hot water in the hotel restaurant, but it's a trouble to go and get when needed. No free water. The shower size is too tiny for a grown-up of bigger size.

Everything else :) the view, the quiet, the atmosphere, the food, the room, the staff. All good.

Regarding the location: there is no good beach in the immediate vicinity.

Taken aback at the fact that the room was not made up on a daily basis on the lame excuse of « ecological considerations ». Straightening up beds and room do not have a carbon footprint! This looks more like saving on staff costs. For a hotel of this price category, this is simply not acceptable.

The room and spa/sauna were very clean and nice.

The staff there were not friendly, I stayed there for five days, only met one friendly waitress during breakfast, the rest were indifferent and some were quite rude. One waiter waved his hands off of us and told us go sit wherever. One guy at the reception literally rolled his eyes when I asked for a smaller bicycle to rent.

When we arrived to the hotel the room card system didn’t work. Person at the reception had to come with us every time to the room to open the door. Not a single word of apology from the stuff for this inconveniences. Our room was not cleaned even once while we stayed for 3 nights. Carpet was covered with someone else’s hair. I sincerely hope that they at least cleaned the toilet before we arrived, otherwise it just disgusting. On the 2nd day our toilet paper finished and we had to go to the reception to get more because otherwise no one replenishes stuff in the room. On the first day I went at 19 to get some beers in the bar and was welcomed by a message that bar opens first at 21. Are you guys serious? At the time when you cry out about lack of tourists you open the bar at 21? When reception person asked the bar personnel to give me 2 beers, I could see that whole bar counter was filled with flies. Absolutely disgusting! Next day for breakfast I tried getting some fruit salad and after first spoon I realized that it is completely rotten. How is it possible at 4 star hotel to serve rotten food?
