The rooms are well equipped with considerable space and balcony. Good plumbing. I consider this one of the best quality/cost stays I have seen, hence the unusual exceptional score. Staff are professional and very courteous, and the hotel welcomes guests as exactly that - it is clear they take great pride in the service delivered.

I think it could help to be a bit more obvious about what parking one should use. Outside the weekends it might be awkward. Of course the hotel does not claim to have its own parking. That is clear, so no suggestion of fault.

Kitchen utensils and glassware, cutlery bad, not enough, should be brought up to date. Wifi very bad! Did the neighbouring office use the hotel wifi?

Everything was great! The room was huge (comparing to the ones in hotels in Netherlands). We have stayed here 2 nights. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable, the food was great, the hotel staff behave politely, they were all very nice! And the Haldern Pop Bar is right across the street <3 Thank you!

We have stayed here several times it's a great location in a small town just outside Rees. The accommodation is superb On this occasion we had a room with a balcony, perfect on a hot day to get some air. We had both breakfast and dinner which again were superb Would recommend this hotel for good quality food and accommodation near the Rhein.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant has a great selection of meals and drinks, and food was also delicious, staff were very attentive. Same can be said about breakfast. The location is also great, easy to find parking.

It would be nice to have a free bottle of water in the room. I work in a small hotel in Germany and they provide a small bottle of drinking water.

It was a lovely location. Good sized room for 4 of us. Breakfast was fabulous.

There was no hot water for my shower! However when my son went in the bathroom some time later the hot water was back on!

The location is in a small town on the outskirts of Rees with shops and bars nearby. The hotel offers a good German breakfast with good choice of ham and cheese. The meals in the evening offered a good choice of meat or fish with very generous portions. The room was a good size with a walkin shower. Bed was very comfortable. Off road parking is available.

Stayed at this hotel many times, always busy this tells you all you need to know.Large room , comfortable bed, walk in shower. Breakfast and dinner perfect.

bikes and e-bike can be kept in a safe place but there are only two sockets for approximative 10 (e)bikes during my stay so no possibility to recharge the bike.
