Excellent location , our room had a beautiful view Breakfast was fantastic Staff at the bar and breakfast were lovely Unfortunately the weather was poor so didn’t see it at its best

My husband booked our evening meal on arrival at reception but when we went down there was no booking so no food that night ( but everyone can make a mistake) breakfast made up for it excellent

Nothing I can say would do justice to how great the hotel was, the staff, basically everything! It was the first time for our daughters in the snow. The sleds were perfect for them to move around and enjoy. The food, the setting, everything was perfect! Special thanks to the Hotel Director Rolf Wernicke who was very friendly and helpful.

That I had to stay only for 2 nights, I wish I was able to stay longer! :)

The staff did everything to comfort you. Breakfast and dining options very awesome.

Our suite was at a neighboring building so we had to stroll through the snow to enter the Swimmingpool area. Just a minor minor minus with kids. Would have been great to know this during booking process. But everything was great though, very clean and thought through!

Lovely country side setting, tastefully decorated, friendly reception staff.

Self satisfied restaurant personelle. Only two seatings for dinner & the second seating at 8pm is indoor service only on a day with 29C temperatures. Substandard food considering the restaurant is a major selling point of this establishment.

It is a beautiful place, beautiful view from the window, enormous rooms, very nice sauna, extremely friendly stuff. They even congratulated my partner to his birthday, it wasn't asked ot excepted, my partner was very happy. We really liked our time in the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The team were welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing. 5 mins drive to Winklemoos Gondola. Lovely rooms. great surroundings, beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. Thank you so much for looking after me, I can’t wait to visit again.

100% pleasure, very nice hotel, beautiful rooms (green squared carpet was super cool), quality in every detail. Stylish decorations, some interesting small sculptures. Big swimming pool, towels, large sauna with a beautiful view. Bio-sauna, Turkish steam bath. Huge territory. Haute cuisine.

Maybe one thing: for his level, there should be shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom, in my experience. We had only body lotion.

Beautiful location and view of the mountains. The spa and pool area were wonderful. The dinner was delicious.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing and it was often difficult to find a staff member between mealtimes.

everything is perfect, brilliant! 6 min to the ski lift, close to everywhere. The staffs were super welcomed. Sauna and swimming pool fantastic.

wifi sometimes not stable

Everything is just done to perfection. Great needs, super clean, very well maintained. Lovely views over the meadows.
