This is a lovely hotel with amazing pool and fitness facilities and cracking little restaurant. The chef could not do enough for us and made undoubtably one of the best meals I have eaten in North Germany. Breakfast is good and plentiful. While we did not use it the Dive Pool is amazing! Location is good with on site parking shared with the pool facilities. Just a 10 min walk to the centre of the town which is lovely. Rooms are bit spartan but very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again! Can't say enough about the kitchen staff and how amazing they were.

The outside pools are not heated and run at about 20c, not the best for younger kids. The indoor pool was not available to us due to a private party.

Good location close to town centre but still in quiet area. You can walk to town and train station within 20 minutes. Facilities in the hotel is good. We spent a lot of time in the water park next to the hotel. We also like the traditional German dishes served in the hotel restaurant.

Pancakes served in breakfast should be provided each morning and we had it only on the Sunday morning.

Friendly, helpful staff - easy check in and out. The outdoor swimming pool is awesome! Large, clean, very well supervised. The room size is large. Decent washroom. Easy parking. Attractive breakfast room. Excellent coffee.

The breakfast bar was great - but almost out of food both mornings. The nice girl working was doing her best to keep up...but she couldn't do everything alone. The buffet was lacking in many items and slow to refill. It was a busy holiday weekend, but the hotel should have scheduled more staff. Our room was not refreshed, despite the fact that I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door. Pool towels were simply room towels.

A lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and furnished. Very clean. Great for access to the swimming pools next door and Siegburg is a nice town with good train links to Cologne central.

Not much storage space in room for your clothes and belongings. No kettle or bottled water in room.

Spacious room in a quite modern hotel. Very good restaurant (food was actually amazing) and very convenient access to the pool club next door.

We visited the hotel in early September and the indoor pool was closed although the weather was not the best and too cold for the outside pool on the second day of our stay.

Rich breakfast. Clean room. Fantastic with diving center and open swimming pool. Only a step away to the bus station.

Not many dining choices in the neighbourhood. Takes about 45 minutes with public transportation to Cologne.

The room was not ready by 3 pm even though checkout time is 11 am. We had to wait for one hour to access our double rooms. Their excuse was, "sorry we do not have enough workers". They did not offer us anything to compensate the waiting time.

Great pool and really good breakfast. large room, decent bed. 10 min walk from nice town centre with good restaurants and the pretty church and monastery.

lots of space in room wasted in a strange lobby like area - meaning price was probably a bit high for what you got. no air con so very warm. had to leave windows open so then woken up by cars. fairly high price so would have expected air con.
