Overall, our stay had some positive aspects that stood out. The room was good, and the highlight was the very comfortable beds that provided a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the young receptionist was commendable for being kind, polite, and displaying impressive multitasking skills despite being the only person on duty at the time of our late check-in.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The check-in process was somewhat challenging due to the receptionist being the only staff member handling various responsibilities simultaneously. The workload seemed overwhelming, and it resulted in a longer wait to be checked in, especially considering our late arrival. Another issue was the parking situation, which proved to be a big problem in the area. Upon arrival, we found that the parking was fully booked, and we were directed to look for parking elsewhere. Unfortunately, finding a suitable parking spot in the vicinity proved to be impossible at that late hour. Thankfully, the staff offered an unusual but helpful solution by providing a space next to the entrance, which ultimately resolved the parking problem.

Rooms were clean and the staff was kind and very helpful! The hotel is nice.

There was quite a bit of uncertainty surrounding the charging stations for E-vehicules. Let alone the price for a charge, which was outrageous. There should be time-based, or KW-based tariffs. We also had a weird electric noise in our room coming from the ceiling. This forced us to change room, as we could not sleep with that noise. Aside from that it was a good stay.

-Employees should give better explanation during check-in. Finding the parking place was not easy -2 size bed was not really a 2 size, it’s actually two 1 size bed fitted together -Car park seems small, around 20-30 cars. If the hotel is crowded, finding a place could be challenging

The decor was great. I love the Astronaut/ space theme. The carpets in the hallway would be tricky if drunk but I thought they were fun. Lovely wall in the shower like a big star and galactic wallpaper the bedroom was great. Comfortable stay, quiet good TV. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. But the lounge area downstairs has a nice decor too with space theme.

Unfortunately there was no parking so we had to park in the road opposite. The car was fine.

it was great value for the money, I just wish there was a crib available. I asked for one before I arrived, asked for one the second night I was there, was told it would be up momentarily. never showed. went to the desk the next day to ask for a crib and was told they were all taken. just something I wish they told me originally vice me asking three times over the course of booking and through my stay. I’m just lucky my child could sleep next to me with the blankets being used as a barrier to keep him from rolling off.

Clean and great breakfast choices

The mattress on the Queen size bed was two twins. And it was not comfortable at all when the gap between them opened during the night the mattress were sliding apart. One would think one solid mattress would be the better choice or ankering the matress not to slide.

The hotel is brand new, very clean and easily accessible. The team both at reception and breakfast was motivated, kind and efficient. Breakfast was good and offered a lot of choice.

It is a pity that one employee ostentatiously refused to wear a mask on Sunday morning and when I asked him why this was the case, he aggressively replied that he was only making himself a tea. This was obviously not true because the same guy had been hanging out half an hour earlier already at reception (he is not the receptionist), then eventually wandered to the breakfast area where he was walking around taking pictures with his phone and then walked off with his tea for a smoke just outside the kitchen.

The hotel is modern and very clean. The room was fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good, a decent mix of European and American style options; highly recommend.

The location is very convenient and close to the Autobahn. The only "issue" was the lack of dinner options within walking distance from hotel. We did find a Doner spot and a Steakhouse restaurant close by, but my wife and I were hoping for a casual pub/brewery within walking distance to relax and wind down. This is just a preference for us, nothing bad against the hotel. Fantastic hotel at a reasonable price!

Very clean. Breakfast was good and location is OK. The garage is chaotic - it is shared with companies using the office building next door and no spaces are clearly marked as reserved for the hotel guests. However, the room was great: very nicely furbished, with a flair!
