The location is great, right near the tram station, going straight to the city centre. The breakfast is decent with plenty offering. The room seemed clean and the bathroom quite enough. The parking places, also underground and outside.

The underground parking is quite tight, at least for my car. The room prepared for 3 persons, became a bit narrow, as the sofa was extended. As the existing furniture seems to be fixed on the floor, no space optimization possible. The sharp corners of the table did their thing: small annoying bumpings.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located besides a very busy road but you won't notice it when you're inside. Wifi is very fast and stable. The most noticeable is the interior of the hotel rooms, at least where I slept (room 309). When you enter your room, it's like you're back in the '70's/'80's, just like the old movies 😊 But the condition of the was excellent, nothing was broken or damaged, it has even a ceiling of wooden tiles with a pattern. The room was bigger than the usual hotels nowadays. Also this hotel has a elevator. There's free parking on their property, a few spots in front of the hotel and they have also a free parking garage under the hotel👍🏾 Also very good public transport nearby. Breakfast offers more than enough and i Iiked it. Although the rooms are outdated (on the outer hand it's charming and sets them apart) I won't hesitate to come back again!

Maybe they could offer some tea/coffee making facilities in the room (most often not standard in Germany)0

We were quite blown away with the size and design of the room for the price we paid. It felt unique and quirky. We would have booked an extra night but reception staff said they could not promise a double room for the following night, and encouraged us to wait and ask again in the morning. I checked the booking.com website which was offering a double room!! When we went to ask about it in the morning, they were fully booked!!!! That was a bit annoying. Anyway our room was large and comfortable, with a balcony and we had a tasty continental breakfast. Breakfast staff were lovely.

Maybe a little dusty around corners and edges.

The room was surprisingly large and included a sitting area, entrance hall, and balcony. It was quiet. The full breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with lots of choices, coffees, and juices. The breakfast area was enjoyable, both inside and outside. The staff was great, helpful, and pleasant. The room included an oscillating fan tower which was really needed for the hot days.

The shower door wouldn't close well enough to keep water off the bathroom floor, the floor was really wet after each use.

the hotel is a great spot for laying your head and resting. beds are comfortable and everything was clean. the reception was very welcoming and kind. very impressed by how clean and spacious the rooms were. the breakfast is OUTSTANDING!!!! great selection and a very gracious host that served us coffee.

nothing to dislike, but things to note, which are inherently German: 1) the elevator is small 2) parking is available in a garage underneath (we thought all the parking was full) 3) our rooms were very outdated (but beautiful for their time). this had NO impact on our stay at all!

We had a modern room at the front of the building more like a suite and a balcony it was lovely . It was clean and the staff were friendly and a good breakfast.

This is no reflection on the hotel as not within their control but there is construction work outside the hotel which is on the tram line and started at midnight and was very noisy on the 1st night no weekend work though

We spent one night in this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised when entering the room: very spacious, with a balcony, a sofa, a coffee table and a desk. But the real surprise was the bathroom, enormous, with heated floor, two sinks, a large cabinet and bathtub. The furniture was dated but in excellent condition, the wooden paneled walls, even in the bathroom, made us feel a bit like travelling back in time. I loved it!! Breakfast was various and well presented, in a lovely dining room.

Bed was extremely comfortable, it made it hard to get up!!

The room's decoration was interesting, it felt as if we were in a time capsule. The room was clean, and spacious. The breakfast was very good with variety. The parking was excellent, underground and secure. Great location,easy public transport.

The blinds on the windows were broken and the curtains did not block incoming light in the morning. The pillows were not comfortable and as a result our sleep quality suffered a bit.

Staff was dedicated to solve all our problems. Very well coming and friendly hotel. Above all we stayed with two kids and It's really clean.

If I force myself to make a negative comment Breakfast was really good but never Changed. For long stays like 8 night's it's a bit boring to eat the same everyday.

The location is great if you are willing to stay outside of the Stuttgart city center. The room and hotel are comfortable and the rooms modern (I stayed in a superior room). Do not let the outside fool you! The staff is accommodating and very friendly. There is a lift which is also a plus. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in for a short stay and super economical!
