Perfect location next to train stop from airport and into Stuttgart proper. 15 minutes to main stop in city. Superior breakfast. Shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance.

Mildew in bathroom. Mattress worn out. Spa was dirty. Mold and mildew in dampfbad and showers. Plumbing problem in spa flooded floor. Floor is dangerously slippery. No service in Spa during weekdays. I stayed here 10 years ago. The hotel earned its four stars then. It does not today

It is a very good German quality hotel - spacious and well insulated rooms, a very good spa with a decently sized pool, etc. and not crowded. We also liked the dinner at the hotel restaurant - the food was very good and the service super friendly. The breakfast is just fantastic, one of the best ones.

The lack of cleanliness was a major disappoinment: there were flues (dust bunnies) on the floor in the room and the spa was a bit neglected - used towels here and there, the clean ones difficult to find, no paper glasses to drink water, the lights were out of order in the sanarium. The general want of TLC, I would say.

The staff at the reception are beyond amazing, helpful, kind and approachable. Breakfast was good enough for me; I had something in my stomach before going. the wellness facility and the Finnish sauna are the best and the whirlpool was a hot tub but it was ok. the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. neighbourhood safe bus stop and train station just outside the hotel.

the underground parking is tight, it is like a car park test do your best to try not to scratch or dent the car.

The location was very convenient: right over the top of the station. Lovely breakfast options and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very limited clothes storage; there was only one drawer in the whole room, and that was under the fridge. We had to live out of our suitcase for our three night stay - I like to put my clothes away when I stay in a hotel. Lifts got very busy towards the end of our stay as the hotel was fuller, and there was no option to walk up or down the stairs.

Fantastic hotel. One of the best stays in recent years (even as a seasoned business traveller like me). Friendly reception lady, waitress at dinner and bartender. Beautiful design. Silent and spacious room. Extremely clean, with friendly cleaning staff. Most comfy beds, 2 sorts of cushions. Delightful spa and swimming pool with opening as of the early morning to 10pm. Onsite secured car park (garage). Dinner was delicious and far better than normal business hotel standards. Good price v quality ratio.

Although dinner was very tasty, portions were too tiny. Minor issues but improve this and you have a winner. Bathrooms of the standard rooms are rather small, yet acceptable.

Disappointing that for this standard of hotel there was no room service ! As a guest you can order food at a bar area & wait for it to be made & then take it back to your room - this is not what I expect from a 4star hotel!

During my second visit to this hotel amidst a long journey, I found myself thoroughly pleased with the experience. Great value for money. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Fresh towels and linen provided daily. Tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Good location with easy access. Secure underground parking available at extra cost.

Cna't think of anything we didn't like, other that aircon access hatch in one of the rooms was leaking all night but we were too tired to ask for a room change, and only stayed one night. So, can't tell how the staff would've taken it if we'd ask for room change. When we mentioned to them in the morning upon checkout they just said tanks for letting us know, but didnlt offer a refund or other sorts of compensation.

Great size room with very comfy beds nice shower, swimming pool excellent parking good. Breakfast choice was very good with loads of choice the well stocked for a busy hotel. Good location in town. Great Wi-Fi on connection issues

Parking exit very sharpe on the corner. It was lovely to have a spa but a bit reluctant to use because it required nude access only. Position of hotel was a little far out of stuttgart.

One of the receptionist tried to argue for two days with me about the car park. He was very wild when he tries to explain me that car park is payable cos I said that they wasn’t any barrier or ticketing system at the entrance of the carpark. I have given up to explain him my view… In addition, we asked for two days to top up the soap (fluid) in the bathroom. It has been happened only at say 3 .
