Breakfast was very nice, and we loved the view (seaside view). The hotel has an additional leisure room, pool, sauna which we all used
The parking lot of the hotel is very old, unfortunately. If you have a large car, you won't be able to open your trunk. And if your car is wider than a normal german car, you won't even fit into a single lot. Also, the hotel sits on a hill, so getting into the city part and back by foot may be a bit tiring. Consider to go by rental bike or car

Fantastic hotel with big rooms and facilities. The indoor pool and gym are fantastic.
No air conditioning in the room. This is an absolute must in hotels of this standard in the summer. The women on the Reception desk on check out was very miserable, looked bored and not interested in our experience as customers. Those type of employees need to realise they’re in the hospitality business and making people feel welcome is a vital part of the experience. She needs to work away from people as she is not suited to that role.

Breakfast was very good
There are 3 tiny elevators which take a lifetime to arrive and are almost always full. There is no staircase. We were staying in the first floor and there was no way to go one floor down to the restaurant other that to wait 10 minutes for the elevator. Also it’s a shame that the hotel doesn’t offer any options aside from breakfast and dinner buffet. You can’t even get a sandwich. The kids playground could use some improvement.

Very nice personnel and location. Have been working in this town several years ago and still the same (in a positive way). First experience with German hospitality for the rest of my family and they didn't even want to return :D Will definitely visit again.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are both very nice. Although the hotel itself looks unusual, it is very traditional and quite old.
Breakfast is sometimes very busy. It is good to follow the instructions from the hotel management and use less busy periods.
