Modern hotel, nice lake view, comfortable room, excellent breakfast

No chance to get food in the hotel in the evening, so we had to go to the town center where most places serve dinner only until 20:00 . When we came back the parking was full, the reception was closed (although it was just 21:30), and there were no indication about the additional guest parking (which was just 100 m away), so we were a bit lost. I think some more attention to the guests’ needs would be helpful. The room was spacy but it lacked the idea to to use the space to make it cosy. Generally, the Titisee area seems to be overpriced.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful and polite, the apartment was tidy and clean, the view was breathtaking

- Beautiful lake view - Great breakfast (from sister hotel). Great staff too who can remember my coffee choice on the second day of stay. - Room is a little outdated but clean and spacious. - hoschschwarzwald card for free. Very closed to Feldberg (15 mins ride) - super helpful staff Ms. Martinovic from sister Hotel Alemannenhof. She helped us making a few calls to attraction while we don't speak German.

- a little bit far from city center - the hotel is located on the other side of the road of the lake and it's on the hill. Not exactly a "lakeside" hotel - reception was closed due to low season, check in required to go to sister hotel.

It was great to have access to a beach where we and the dog could swim and use the free padel boards.

19 Euros / night for a dog is ok for a couple of nights but charging this for 10 nights is unreasonable. The tariff was not shown before we confirmed our booking and we feel abused. It does not cost 190 extra Euros to clean a room after a dog has stayed there. We raised the issue with the reception staff and we were told they could do nothing. It's a lovely place to visit but don't get ripped off by staying ling term with a dog!

Loved the view of the lake from the balcony. The room was spacious, with the kitchen area, dining table and separate bedroom. Enjoyed breakfast everyday. It was an easy walk to the city where we enjoyed several restaurants and purchased breads and pastries. Used the Black Forest card to take a boat ride on Lake Titisee. Played Adventure Golf and hiked to the Saig area of Lenzkirch. Beautiful fall colors! Beautiful sunsets! Weather was mostly warm even though it was October. Had a dark, winding, rainy Uber drive from Zurich airport to the hotel, but we were able to walk to the Titisee train station for our journey back to Zurich HB.

Bathroom was a little small. Cot was not so comfortable for my adult son. Checkin was a little confusing because we arrived after 8pm and had to go to sister hotel.

- the best breakfast we ever had at a hotel - the staff was friendly - stunning lake view - free public transport pass for all days of our stay - parking was free

- wash machine / laundry was expensive. - stairs can be difficult with kids when carrying baggage and there is no helping hands to carry it. - room was a tiny bit suffocating esp when there is not enough breeze

The rooms were nice and spacious, clean and well organized. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was good. The view was great and even in the heat of the summer, we managed without AC.

Fans could have been a nice addition. Third floor with no elevator wast comfortable, but manageable.

Really nice location with lake view, very nice clean design, comfortable stay, quite location and great for families. Nice breakfast options.

Would have been nice to get more of concierge service with tips what to do , where to go - came for skiing, but due to not enough snow, wasn't sure where to go and what to do, what is nice in the neighbourhood to do.

The room is spatious and comfortable, the staff is very nice and kind, the location is quiet and beautiful, the view from the balcony is breathtaking

Every thing was very good, but if there was an elevator in the property it will be very very excellent

We got a room with an absolutely amazing view of Titisee! The room was very spacious with plenty of cabinets to store our clothes. Check-in and check-out was very quick and efficient, and the staff was very helpful

Breakfast was a bit limited on choices but everything was very fresh and tasty.
