Very centrally located around the corner from the main station and on the way to the city center. The self-service check-in and check-out procedures were easy and quick. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the relatively large desk. There was even a discount for the bakery just outside the front gate. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a business trip or other solo visit to the city.

Although I personally haven't used the kitchenette, a couple of basics like a cutting board, knife, scissors and a tea towel would be welcome additions.

The studio is quiet, clean and very spacious. The interior is modern and even though very minimalistic, it features all amenities you need. Probably a good place to stay for a longer term if they give you a good deal. We also liked the location, only a short walk to the old city center. Appreciated the late check-out at noon.

Online check-in was quite easy, but we found there were way too many emails upfront with too long explanations. In the end we struggled finding the right email with the necessary information in able to get the room cards. One email would have done. There was a bad smell every now and then coming probably from the pipes in the bathroom. All in all we would say it was a little overpriced for just one night in Tübingen with no service, no breakfast and no parking.

One of each necessity: electric kettle, mug, pan, pot, spatula, spoon, fork, teaspoon, knife, cutting board, dish soap, sponge, bowl, plate, dish, shampoo, body wash, body cream, towels, hairdryer. I could live here. 3. Great heating in the room and shower. 4. TV with Netflix was appreciated. 5. Washing machines were available. 6. Housekeeping only on the 5th day, that’s fine I like my privacy. 7. Great location near the Neckarinsel park, Marketplatz old town, bus terminal, plenty of restaurants and shopping options. 8. Quiet and peaceful.

1. Self check in was badly designed. Please improve UX. 2. PIN 5123 provided on Booking.com did not work. 3. My driver had to speak over the phone in German to a guy who didn’t speak English well on a weekend. 4. Credit card needed OTP so phone with 4G was needed. 5. Instructions to log in to hotel Wifi were unclear. Please consolidate all instructions on the interactive screen instead of pasting signs all over the wall. 6. Programming the card was also never ending. In the end, I took the card off the reader although it said that it hasn’t finished programming yet. Thank goodness the card worked. 7. TERRIBLE DEFLATING FLAT PILLOWS. Bring your own. 8. Hints of cigarette smell from other rooms.

Centrally located. Excellent layout. If I had stayed longer, I certainly would have prepared a meal or two in the efficient kitchen or used the little terrace right outside my ground floor studio. It was absolutely top value for the cost. I wish there were Cloud No7s everywhere!

The only thing I wished had been designed differently is the bed. For me as an older person with a torn ligament, getting in and out was a challenge. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to make it! I was sorry, too, that the smart tv meant I couldn’t just turn it on and off. I don’t mean to be negative, only helpful from my point of view. Overall, it’s a great concept and I’m already telling my friends about it.

That I was able to leave my bags at reception before check-in. The room was cosy, had a desk and the deco was modern and there were many available outlets. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Wasn't aware of the laundry room until i checked out. I was only leaving in the evening and would've liked to leave my luggage there for a few hours, but there wasn't anyone at reception I could ask.

I stayed in a single apartment. I liked it a lot: it was spacious, clean, bright. There was everything you might need. I liked the design with this dotted kitchen wall and a lot of storage space under the bed. Cool chair and lamps! There is also a smart TV with preinstalled streaming apps. I didn’t habe any problems with check-in. I filled out a form online and coded a card within a minute.

There was a little problem in the end of my stay. I couldn’t get to the room at 11:45 even though i hadn’t checked out yet and the card was supposed to be working till 12:00. But I contacted the support and my problem was quickly resolved. Well done!

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed to be happy including fast reliable internet. The central location was also very convenient. I also really enjoyed the 20% Brotzeit breakfast discount at the bakery next door.

The shower is not separated from the bathroom, which is great for accessibility but the wet bathroom floor after showering was not my favourite.

I loved it! Super central, new, modern, stylish - yet quiet, private, functional and comfy. Looks exactly like in the photos. Fully equipped kitchen, clean white towels, super nice body care products. Bed linen smells lovely! Blinds leave room completely dark - perfect sleep comfort. Definitely one of the best places I've been to, and I'd come back anytime. Thank you! Superb!

You could use a few more cushions on the sofa and sometimes hoover a little behind the curtains too :)

The location is excellent, very close not only to the station but also to the supermarket and the city centre. Despite being very central, the flat was very quiet (the windows overlook an internal courtyard) and I always slept very well. The staff is in the office from Monday to Friday and always very helpful: I had a problem with a delivery and they were very kind in helping me to call the courier, as I don't speak German. The rooms are modern, new and clean! The cleaning service is also excellent and very frequent.

Excellent location close to the centre of town, shops, restaurants and public transport. Extremely clean, well equipped and perfect for my needs. Very fast reply to all my communication, very clear and precise details on how to check in if arriving after hours, I will definitely stay here again.
