Great Central location. Friendly reception staff. Viktor helped us check in. He spoke with a mix of English and German but my partner spoke German so we understood enough. The room was a great size and clean. Cleaning of the rooms was by your choice so convenient for your plans. A few free drinks were left in the mini bar. We found it very strange that there were two rabbits that live in the reception area but,as animal lovers, we had to say hello to Bonnie and Clyde every time we passed them.

No parking available at the hotel so had to use local carparks. Although they were not too far away, it was €10 overnight so expensive for the week. The reception area was only open from 1pm. The drinks and breakfast were expensive although we were given one free breakfast. Apart from the reception staff, no other staff greeted you when entering the hotel, breakfast room etc.

We were on a business trip and only stayed one night but it was definitely worth it. The hotel is close to the train station and is located in the old city center. They did a great job integrating the modern architecture design of the hotel with the centuries-old real estate of the city. Upon arrival, our rooms upgraded to a suite on 2 floors and free mini bar usage.  The room/suite was clean and well equipped, with two large TV-screens (which we took advantage of to watch a European Cup soccer game), a large bathroom, and ample storage space. They have a great breakfast buffet that includes everything you might wish for. Due to the shortness of our stay, we couldn’t use all the amenities, but they have a pool table, fitness room, are biker and power friendly and operate a restaurant upon demands for larger groups. The staff was friendly and helpful and explained everything we needed to know when we arrived (Wifi, breakfast schedule, check out is at 12 but you can hang out much later if needed and store your luggage there …) All in all, this is a hotel we recommend highly and we would stay here again if we visit the area again.

Magnificent hotel. Amazing staff! At the reception, in addition to common languages, I got the opportunity to speak my favorite Chinese and native Russian! Very attentive and friendly staff from Odessa and Shanghai! Thank you! We will gladly return to you!

The hotel is not only close to the pedestrian area, which has many cafes, and restaurants, but is very convenient for walking to all the main sites of interest. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we could safely leave our bikes in the cellar area. Our room was spacious and clean, and everything worked. For us the perfect hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a DORMERO hotel during my trip, and I must say that the reception staff truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The receptionists were not only professional, but she was also incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

We met with a friendly receptionist named Marya who welcomed us and provided us with useful information. The whole experience was good, including breakfast. And the hotel has got two lovely rabbit on ground floor which child will like them very much.

Walking distance from station. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful during train strike and so friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. One suggestion would be to have English tea available.

Just inside the walled in zone. Paid parking lot a short walk away. Lots of food and shopping in short walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is pet friendly with no extra fee. Room was very clean, and had a fan for the warmer days. A few free drinks were provided in the fridge.

Only downside is having to park a block away in the paid lot.

I think the Dormero is a good value for money. Not used the hotel brand before, but we were pleased with our room. No sweeping views but a lovely king sized bed. The lights in the room were an interesting touch but we enjoyed these. The bathroom was adequate nothing special. The gym space was nice. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The overall decor initially is off putting but rooms were better than expected. All in all good value for money clean friendly and quiet

The parking is complicated and as they are short staffed check in took longer than expected. We were however given a parking pass so we could bring and take our luggage out which was good.

The Room and the hotel were spotless, The check-in procedure was very simple. The location is also convenient and offers simple parking solutions. We felt comfortable and we would happily return to Dormero Hotel.
