The property is lovely! It’s like going back in time to a manor, out in the country side. I love the quiet, private space, with open grounds. Perfect to go with dogs if you have any.

Maybe having a mini fridge is something to think about because we went on New Year’s Eve and we just wanted to get snacks and drinks to store for the evening and next morning but we didn’t have anywhere to keep it cool.

The stay was really comfortable in the small apartments in the vicinity of the castle. They are not directly connected to the castle itself, but 3-4 apartments form a house. And there are such multiple houses offered for guests. The apartments are nicely decorated with furniture from ancient times, also with pictures showing the history of the people who lived in the castle long time ago. it is also possible to visit the castle grounds, though not possible to enter the castle itself without prior appointment. The service and the breakfast buffet were also really nice. The location is picture perfect.

The approach road to the castle is a bit narrow. But this cannot be easily changed I suppose, as the castle is surrounded by water.

The castle is in a beautiful setting. Very peaceful and green. The room was gorgeous and comfy, I especially loved the bathroom! The young chap on reception was so friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease.

I arrived at 6pm and there was nowhere nearby to eat without the need of a car. I was given a number of a restaurant who could deliver however they did not answer the phone. This is useful to know, because if you are travelling with children you don't want to end up with them having no dinner like I did.

Lovely location and room. We were surprised because room was much nicer than the pictures portrayed. Would definitely come back and stay next time we use the airport.

Everything was lovely. The location might be an issue for some people. We walked from town and it took us 25 minutes. If you had lots of luggage you would need a taxi.

We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome location, great staff, great for walks.

The only 2 points of criticism are that the breakfast is really way too expensive for its basicness, in hindsight we´ve paid 32 euro for 1 croissant and 2 bread rolls with egg and bacon and 2 glasses of water. On forehand we thought the Schloss would be accessible but it´s inhabited, yet the site on Booking.com shows some lovely pictures from inside the Schloss. However these are the only peeks you´ll get inside, and I think you should make people aware of that before their stay. You still have a lovely location which people will gladly come to with accurate expectations.

Nice hotel in beautiful area. We stayed only one night in apartment with kitchen. Good bed, big space, big bathroom. Personal very servicial.

Kitchen area with too basic equipment, without kitchen smoke extraction. The illumination is very low and isn’t sufficient for cooking and dining area.

The location is in the quiet country where we enjoyed a good night's sleep. We enjoyed our quarters, they are very large, the only negative being that we had to lug all of our luggage upstairs. But one must REMEMBER castles and their quarters did not have elevators LOL so this was not a problem! The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast quite good and I highly recommend that one stay here.

The setting was magical.

Hardly any staff to be seen, not very welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely no value for money, hardly anything available and expensive at €18.50 per person. Extremely noisy neighbours. No baby facilities.

Very picturesque place in a lovely countryside. Peaceful and surrounded by nature. It's a shame we could stay only a very short amount of time. We highly recommend it, and we hope to be back to enjoy a longer stay

Everything!! Parking, location, big space, price was correct... Check in and out very very fast and simple! Fantastic frendly and good organized staff! We are going to be very happy to come here again!!
