It was all very good except the 2 points below:

1) Pool & Fitness room: 3 out of my 6 days there (full days) the facility was closed altogether (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). The other days open at certain restricted hours only and subject to staff availability and disposition in other areas. It's a pity and not understandable that the management doesn't make better use of such a great facility. 2) Personal safe (in-room safe) is a standard for such kind of hotel & room. However, there was no in-room safe.

I Like it's name and theme. Also exterior and interior with entrance room and reception are very beautifull. Parking is reasonable priced and there is some offer of entertainment such as Pool and Bowling. Beds were very comfortable. And there is big choice of food for breakfast. I never saw it, but they have like a big thermost with hot chocolade. Just perfect. Best thing about stay is position. Right at the one of the entrances to the Park An Der Ilm, you can take a short walk to the city center and enjoy beautiful views.

We stayed only one night in Weimar. This place calls for more.

Very nice hotel, spacious lobby with a lot of space for comfortable sitting, friendly staff speaking perfect English. Possibility to park outside or in the hotel garage for 15 euro per day, which is less expensive than garages in the city center (25 euro). Our room was very nice and quite, we did not hear anything. Very nice breakfast with many choices, especially over weekend. Slightly less choices on Monday, but still many varieties with very large fruit table. We needed an iron and someone brought it to our room with an ironing table. This hotel has really everything one needs for a nice short or long stay.

Our big bed consisted in 2 separate mattresses, which is normally fine, but they were not the same, one mattress was too soft, while the one from my husband was perfect. The bottom of the bathtub is not at the floor level, so it was a bit difficult for my husband who is 2,04m tall and whose head was touching the ceiling. The hotel is located 15min walking from the citycenter, which would give an amazing walk next or through the park, but it was raining the entire weekend, so walking was not nice at all.

Friendliness and efficiency of staff

1) the cleaning staff could have more time to clean the rooms. They were very good, but it's obvious that they had only a little time allowed for each room. 2) the gym and the pool were not open enough hours. 3) It would be nice to have bicycles available/

Very friendly and helpful staff, ample room size, bay window, sturdy furniture, coffee and kettle in the room, family friendly (baby crib at no cost), tastefully arranged breakfast with good variety, decorative lobby hall and breakfast area. I didn't have time to check out the pool but I'm sure it would have been nice.

No safe in the room, slow elevators (one was out of service), no fridge (would have been nice for our baby food), slightly dark feel of the interior design (halls and room).

The property is located in a nice neighborhood and across from a lovely park. It was about a 15 minute walk into the center of town. The room was clean, a very good size and it was nice to have a tea kettle in the room. The internet worked well, the staff in the bar and at the check in desk were very friendly, professional and helpful.

The reason we chose this property over others in Weimar was because it has a pool and sauna. However, when we had made the reservation we received a message that the pool and sauna were not available due to Covid restrictions We were very surprised to learn that these facilities were still off limits even though Germany had rolled back most of the restrictions associated with Covid earlier this month. We declined the breakfast because we did not feel that 15 euros was a reasonable price for breakfast. Had we known that the parking fee was 15 euros, we would have found parking in the street near the property.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The location is at the park in Weimar, which is very accessible by public bus only a few minutes with a bus from the main station. There is even a pool in the hotel.

The only small thing was there was no mini fridge in the room. Everything else was great.

Location was lovely, out of the centre but on a good bus route and across the road from a fabulous park. You can walk to the centre via the park if you like. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and light. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Gluten free bread if you ask and lactose free milk readily available at breakfast. Appreciated the kettle ( rather than the coffee pod machines).

No safe in the room. Not enough working lifts. No restaurant in the evening.

Perfectly trained and friendly staff. Quite location in green area. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Bathroom facilities provide all what is necessary but obviously require renovation. Hopefully it will be realized step by step in future.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, not far from the centrum of the city.
