I loved the location and breakfast. It was an easy walk to most of Wiesbaden’s attractions and close to grocery, dining, and thermes. I also loved that it had AC.

When the AC was off the room smelled like urine; the housekeeping staff took a trash bag out of a can and placed it on the bathroom counter on top of my makeup case; there were some sizeable stains on the hallway carpet; and the elevators were sketchy. I was going to say something to the front desk about the garbage incident but she was always overwhelmed with guests. Additionally there is little to no on site parking. The nearest garage is a hike.

Location, amenities and great customer service. Center of Wiesbaden! Located in the main shopping street, next to all restaurants, bars, casino, museums, park, church and retail stores (all within 1-10 minutes of walking). The restaurant offers breakfast/ lunch and they have a piano bar that opens at 6pm, daily (delish drinks). I had one of their suites and it had a living room, separate bedroom and HUGE bathroom! Huge windows in all three areas and super clean! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Especially the 2nd shift staff. Will return again! Thank you

Nothing to add here. Everything was great.

Very stylish and very friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable.

According to the Booking.com Information the hotel has parking. In reality there are very few (I think only six) spaces in front of the hotel. If you’re not lucky enough to find one of these free when you arrive then you have to park at the Kur carpark. The hotel does have a discounted special deal there but it still costs €20 a day. This isn’t clear from the hotel information on the Booking.com site – it should be really, as it means you will probably have to add €20 a day to the quoted room rate. The fact there are only a few, non–bookable, spaces outside the hotel wasn’t communicated until we were already on our way, so there was no chance to reconsider our booking.

We had a great family stay! We felt welcome by a very helpful staff. The junior suite was very large and comfortable for two adults and two children. The hotel has a long history and retained some beautiful features. I particularly loved the breakfast room and the bar. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is just besides the pedestrian centre and close to all sights and good restaurants. There is a direct bus from the train station. It was good value for a family.

The breakfast was awesome! many different options and it was good. The bartebder was awesome and the location was prety nice.

My original room that i was put into had a tub and i wanted a room with just the shower and no tub. I tried to explain to the desk clerk, she really didnt undertand at first, And the misunderstanding was more evident when she moved us into a room that still had a tub but was a smaller room. I didnt feel like reexplaining myself do i dealt with.

The personal in this hotel is perfect! The care about customers needs and help. Lemonade at the entrance, room service, breakfast - all tiny details are well thought and prepared to make customer loyal. Receptionist from Asia works very professional, she got a lot of asks from different customers on the same time and addressed all of the fast. And one more time - breakfast. It is very good. Red fish, cheese and even champagne. 10 out of 10 and thanks to the breakfast designer.

The elevators need renovation…

The room was huge (we got an upgrade) and I was blown away by its size, both, of the bathroom and the main hotel room. The beds were super comfy, the location is great, there are a lot of cafes and lunch/dinner spots in close proximity and the staff was really nice. The staff member who checked me in also greeted me personally by name every time he saw me going out through the lobby, a very nice and unexpected personal touch throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of some of the furniture in the room. Also, some of the decor in the room was a bit dated, which was unfortunate but not a deal breaker at all.

It's very centrally located. They were super nice to upgrade our room, which was a great size, very quiet, and quite clean - something fell under the bed and it was even clean under the bed. The front staff was pretty friendly. They allow pets, which is cool, and it's 25 euros/night.

Despite hanging a Do Not Enter sign on the door, every single day the cleaning staff tried to come in the room. I'd brought a pet with me, so I specifically asked that they not come in and hung the sign to ensure that. It was a little frustrating. The hotel could have used some upkeep. When you walk down the hallway, it feels like it's about to fall down under you in some places. You also can't take a shower without spraying water across the entire room because of the set up. The main issues I had were that the air conditioning didn't work well (I kept getting woken up by how hot it was at night even though I set it on the lowest setting) and the wifi was just good enough, but didn't have a great, strong signal.

From the outside it looks fairly nice, but nothing prepared me for the interior. Absolutely beautiful architecture and marble floors. I also liked the fact that the room door opened outwardly & had double doors. Spacious room with high ceilings definitely a plus. Great value! Right in the city center without hearing the noises of the outside from my room. Lots of things to do in the area. Front desk staff was very polite.

Very centralised location. Staffs are friendly. We are able to check-in at 1am due to traffic jam. Parking in front of the hotel is very limited, we parked at the casino behind the hotel which is around 10mins walking distance.

The room windows are facing windows of opposite blocks, no privacy. The balcony is dirty, probably because it is facing the main road.
