Great position. Clean rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Huge TV in the room.

The bed was too hard for my back and the pillow was too soft for my neck (German style), in any case after the first night I requested an extra one and I could sleep. The breakfast selection was good, but honestly 20 euro per person was too much for that. I was a little bit annoyed when they deactivated my keys at 11:30 when my checkout was at 12:00, but again, the receptionist was very helpful and we quickly resolved the issue. The toilet has a very strange structure dividing the shower and WC (very narrow) in two different little rooms; I do not get why it was designed like that.

Superb location very close to the center of the city, only takes a few minutes to walk into town. The staff was very kind and helpful, and parking was really easy too. The room was as expected with a very nice size and a comfortable bed.

The solution for the bathroom is suboptimal in my opinion. Instead of just one big bathroom, they have opted for two very, very small rooms, one for the sink and the shower and another for the toilet. Of course, this gives you some convenience, but it also means that the room with the toilet is extremely small. Not a big issue though, and clearly not something they can just easily fix now.

Very nice room with enough space, very good bed. Refrigirator and water boiler at room. Really good and big television in the room with also a handful English channels. Room very clean (except inside closets, see description below). Excellent parking at closed parking place behind hotel for only 4 euro per night, seemed to be a lot of parking spaces. Close to town centre - it took only 11 minutes to walk to main market square. Many restaurants only 2-5 walk from the hotel (in direction to the market square). Very polite and service minded staff all over. Cosy restaurant and good athosphere in lobby area with a very nice bar, - we tried evening meal, and it was excellent for a nice price.

See the enclosed picture of my sweater. As seen, it got some very visible dust marks after been putted on the shelfs in the wardrobe-closet in room 231. The room seemed to be very clean otherwise, for example excellent bath room cleaning. This indicates that the daily cleaning routines are excellent. I recommend you to clean the closet-surfaces in all rooms right away, and follow up by tightening up the routines for this. For example, if you can establish a routine for cleaning the shelves in each closet for dust every month or so, I am sure you will avoid such huge dust accumulations as in this example. Thanks otherwise for a very nice stay.

Bathroom, toilet so small for normal western standards. They are 2 seperate rooms, cubicles, and can’t even swing a cat in them. Reminds me of a Japanese toilet bathroom facility. Too tight to even sit on the toilet without hitting knee on the wall. Sat sideways, which really isn’t that ideal. Step up, although for safety reasons perhaps, with a night light illuminating, was too dangerous at night-getting in, not so, but half asleep that big drop down out of bathroom, if not remembered or accounted for, will see you face plant into the cupboard a half metre away! Be careful there.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are really good and the staff is very professional and friendly. The location is nice because its quiet but still super close to the old town and also the harbor!

The parking was kinda expensive for such a large lot outsitde the city. The rooms are kinda small, almost felt like you were stuck in a camper van. Bathrooms really small as well, not for large people

This hotel is just excellent! Wonderful staff, great rooms, central location and a five star breakfast! We recommend a corner room with a view of the old town. In any case, the hotel is modern, rooms are top notch. But the best is the staff... we had a medical emergency during our stay. Staff took care of us and organized a really good doctor on a public holiday. They made it possible, so a really big THANKS to the hotel staff!

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. The studio with kitchenette is on the 3rd (top) level facing the city. The room is in the style of a cruise ship cabin, comfortable double bed, air-conditioning and a big window that can be opened. The kitchenette had everything required to make a simple meal or breakfast. Plenty of parking on site, nice restaurant and bar, friendly and attentive staff. The old city is 5 walking minutes away, perfect.

You can walk from the railway station to the property and the city center is just 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast is really good and the staff is friendly.

The spirit is not welcoming, the white panels in the corridors are horrifying.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Location is great. Restaurants and Center is nearby. Parking was ok. Cocktails were good. We got a birthday table for breakfast on the birthday of my Mother.

Small Toilet. Pillows could have been better. Due to the short stay, I didn't asked for a different pillow. No complimatary Water available.

Quiet room with air-con and Disney Channel (German speaking). Plenty of parking. Central location within easy walk to attractions. Very very dog friendly - the dog station is a superb idea.

Over priced : For the price we would have expected breakfast and parking to be included - both were additional payments.
