Nice and comfortable room; affordable breakfast with good quality for the price charged. very good lobby area, working WiFi and comfortable bed mattress. It's a good road side hotel for those who are traveling by car.

Very dark car parking area (for people arriving after sunset is not easy to see/understand were to park) and charging 5€ for an external parking place with no access control or security is, I think, too much (any other hotel would offer the car park for free) As it's located outside the city, there is no where you can go by walking around the area.

I have been here many times before band it never disappoints. The quality and service have been constant in all the years I have been coming here, even during the last couple of difficult years. The staff is friendly and very efficient, lots of parking possibility and the breakfast is really excellent. The shower is not my favourite but that might be a personal preference. It does work. Excellent location that allows easy trips in all directions. And of course the Schwebebahn, the hanging tram is unique and just a short walk downhill.

I have been here many times and despite economic hardships, this hotel keeps delivering value for money. The rooms are good, clean, good bathroom, free bottle of water, good cleaning service and an EXCELLENT breakfast buffet. Staff is most helpful and friendly. It is located in a relatively safe, if perhaps not always so quiet area (right next to the freeway A46; which is also an advantage). I will definitely come back here again, as I have already been many times.

Sometimes the beds creak, which is irritatingly obvious if somebody in an adjacent room is "exercising" the whole night. And I mean from 2 AM to 6 AM. Left a suggestion at the front desk to fix or replace the beds on the 3rd floor. "Gymnastics" are fine but not if it keeps several other guests, including children awake half the night.

Having been here already a couple of times, again this hotel and location did not disappoint. It was difficult during corona times and also now afterwards there are some limitations, i.e. the bar, swimming pool and restaurant are closed until later this year, but all in all an excellent hotel with a superb breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Also centrally located from here you can go anywhere, nature or cities, and also the Schwebebahn is just a short walk down the hill. This location is both comfortable and clean as true value for money. Tip for dinner: the Wuppertaler Brauhaus.

As I have been here already many times, I am not sure what to add to my previous positive reviews. The fact that I keep coming back should say enough. This time however was an impromptu spontaneous last minute booking and all went smoothly, no problems or issues arriving at 3 in the morning. My compliments to the staff. The breakfast, as always, was excellent as well.

Our stay was excellent. We were staying just for one night, a family of 5 with a dog. The room was great, big enough and clean. The staff was very helpful for any requests we had either about the room, calling a taxi or having a late pint of beer. Breakfast was great. And the price for it all was really unbeatable.

The room was okay, mattress a bit soft, but it's just a preference. Good breakfast, plenty of choices. Everybody was full and satisfied with the food.

It was hard to adjust the shower water temperature.

only 1 small elevator for a medium sized hotel & thermostat in the rooms does not work well to adjust temperature.

I would like it to have an electric kettle because I was coming back late at night tired and I was missing a hot tea

The manager was very friendly and professional: we had a long journey ahead of us, leaving at 6 am, and he went out of his way to prepare two breakfast bags that lasted us for the whole day! We thank him a lot for his initiative.

The beds could be better but otherwise the room is comfortable and spacious.
