Location excellent. Very central to all main sites. Easy walk to train Reception efficient and helpful with a room change since bathroom not cleaned Rooms modernised functional and tasteful However on the higher levels very hot where I was moved to Bed and linen super comfy

Minor. Most folk would not notice or be affected but particularly with the heat and lack of good ventilation plastic type smell from modern fittings like bed headboard.

- Very good location - They are always cleaning my room daily but without my permission - Strong Wifi connection - Large Bed - Small but ideal restaurant area

- They should serve the cheeses seperately - Lack of variations from breakfast ingredients - There was only pork salamis..This is a great BAYERN experience but they could also add some other salamis.. like sucuk or chicken breastfillet. Würzburg is the source of some great biers but i didn't see any of them either.. - They shouldn't seperate the breakfast price - Missing hangers for jackets, shirts or trausers

Conveniently located close to centre. Staff were accommodating. Fantastic bakery across the road if you don’t have breakfast at hotel.

No lift in hotel although staff did carry heavy bag to the room. Not sure why they put us on the second floor knowing that I was travelling with a young child. No tea/coffee making facilities in room however you can request a small kettle.

Twin beds with two chairs, room decoration, spacious, quiet, got transparent mini fridge for cooling food, location

Did not have kettle for boiling water, so no cups for water. May be hot in summer but we are fine when we stay there in june, they got fan in the room, no lift, may be more hanging in the bathroom

The hotel is very well situated and the rooms are comfortable. Price for value is very good.

There was no air conditioning in the room which is not usually a problem for me, but the windows were facing the street which was noisy at the time. Maybe I just was not lucky.

The hotel is near the city center with a little walk from the train station (about ten minutes), has clean room, comfortable bed, and helpful staff (I appreciate the help of a gentle receptionist who carried my suitcase up and down the stair).

Bed comfortable, room quiet, staff were very nice and held our luggage even though we ended up arriving quite early in the morning. Good location for walking to sites within the city, and easy to walk to/from the train station.

Headboard of bed was very dusty

I enjoyed the facilities. It was very clean and quiet. I was able to find my room quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am not a fan of the shower. It was very hard to keep the water from puddling on the floor. I didn't have enough towels to mop up the water.

54 stairs one way to the room were pretty much with luggage etc…

Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent

No elevator, however the staff took my luggage both to my room and to checkout to make up for that
