This is my second time staying at this fantastic hotel, this hotel is very clean and has nice modern rooms, good air con which was needed during our stay as it was 35 degrees. Rooms and swimming pool are very clean. Massive choice of fresh food at breakfast. Something for everyone there. Staff through out the hotel are excellent and very friendly. Underground car parking which is easy to find. Hotel is in a great location and easy enough to walk round the city or get the tram from outside the hotel. I can’t wait to visit again

The location just off the autobahn was very convenient and there are petrol stations close-by. It’s within 5 minutes walk to the Old Town (Altstadt) and the river. Expensive but convenient safe parking on site. The sauna facilities are excellent. The staff at reception are so helpful and cheerful.overall the hotel was spotless and the rooms made-up beautifully everyday.

The gym is very small. The catering is quite basic, good quality but don’t expect fancy dishes.

This is a very nice, recently renovated hotel within walking distance of all the historical sites of Wuerzburg and the town center. It has breathtaking views over the Main and the vinyards, the rooms are generous size and nicely furnished.

The Hotel was very full and we waited 20 minutes to have a table for breakfest before someone had the idea to open a further dining room for the growing number of people waiting for a table. Personnel seems to be a general issue at the moment, but "Sorry, no room service because of lack of personnel" seems nevertheless a bit lame for a hotel of that standard, particularly when it is because of sick leave. Come on!

Stayed here a few years ago. Wasn't disappointed then and not disappointed this time. Very pleased to see the standards have been maintained. Parking secure in underground car park at hotel. Reasonable price for parking (€28.50 for just under 24 hours) Breakfast very good. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff at check-in very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Very near to the river. Tram stop just around the corner.

Couldn't fault it years ago and same again this time.

Good value for money. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Family room was a good size for 3 people, but might have been a bit of a squeeze if 2 on sofa bed. Space for cot next to double bed. Twin room very spacious. Free WiFi, although had to reconnect every now and then. Good breakfast buffet, just a shame they start clearing at 11 a.m on a public holiday.

In certain parts of the hotel, you feel like they could do with investing a bit to revamp.

Great breakfast, countless options, I stayed to short to try them all. Restaurant has a balcony with fantastic view of the fortress. Swimming pool in the basement Hotel is next to conference centre and there were many conference guests there, I was a bit afraid they will be having fun all night (as you do during conferences ;), but either rooms are very silent or that was a conference for introverts

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room was a good size, very clean with a huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was also immaculately clean and enjoyed having a bath. The breakfast was outstanding! So much choice, and again the staff were very welcoming and the restaurant was clean. The area the hotel is in is perfect for sight seeing, right beside the water and also near a tram stop. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel

- big room with sofa - perfect location - amazing breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever had

- it was very cold even with the airco - the cleaning was not proper at all. Lady only made the bad and empty the beans. She didn’t do vacuum, dirty glasses stayed at the same place. No cleaning for bath and toilet too. - I chose room with double bed, but in the room there was two single beds, even not close one to another - I found only soap in the bathroom. No shampoo, no shower gel, no toothpaste

Hotel it’s self was excellent, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good size rooms, clean and quiet. The location is great for access to Wurzburg centre and the river. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool snd sauna also great and again spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Close to the water and old town. Easy access from the train station. Rooms just the right size for a quick stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Had pool and sauna.

Pool was in a bit of a weird place (through empty echoing hallways with storage rooms open on the sides) in the basement and was loud and echoey. But it was clean and nice when you got there
