The food, breakfast n live band at Saturday night was great.

I suspect cleaner Mary was going through our stuff. She even took one of our key n we later had to look for her to take it back. A cleaner who cleaned our room on Saturday 8th of April was worse, I suspect she took money from our bag cos after we complain our room was badly cleaned the supervisor could not find her anywhere around the hotel.

The view of the pool area and the sea from the room was superb! The water pressure in the bathroom was just right and the heater worked properly. The wifi connection was fast too! The pool area was a treat and I enjoyed taking dips in the evening. The staff were nice and very accommodating. I had dinner of Banku with fish stew by the lap pool and a very attentive staff named Irene stationed at the poolside bar was there to help me with what I need. They also have a gelato corner in which I bought two scoops for dessert. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the scrambled egg tasted wonderful. I will surely come back! :)

The curtains have some stains and didn’t look very clean. It isn’t really a big deal to me but it can be for others.

Amazing facility, good sea view, friendly and proactive staff, great meals. Was served an early breakfast and shuttled to the airport because I had an early flight back to the capital.

Some roads leading to the facility are under construction making access to the facility difficult and unpleasant

The A/C and room amenities at this hotel were Excellent! Central A/C is not a common thing here in Ghana. The pool was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast had huge selection and the staff again were very accommodating. The bar had a great selection as well. Housekeeping was excellent and quite friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here.

The staff upgraded me to a wonderful room, but the only problem was that the windows were very dirty, impeding the view. With everything else being so great, I didn’t complain but was a little disappointed.

the location is very goo with a beautiful view to wake up to. Breakfast was very good

the receptionist told me the standard rooms were all booked and that I have to pay extra. I booked on booking.com and got my confirmation so i objected to pay extra and threatened to go elsewhere when he gave me a standard room. this would turn me off going back. You book get confirmation and then this not correct.

We loved almost everything about this hotel, from the swiftness with which we were picked up from the airport, to the warm and professional welcome we received when we arrived at reception, to the amazing view from the bedroom, to the delicious breakfast buffet and other meals from the a la carte menu. All staff we came across were professional and very helpful, they really catered to our needs. We really enjoyed ourselves here and if it wasnt for the fact that we had a flight already booked, we would have extended our stay for at least another day. We will definetly be coming back to BW+ Atlantic Hotel. It has left us with a great impression indeed.

Just a minor point, when we got to our room, the floor was unclean with lipstick stains and the residue of sticky juice. The hot water in the shower was warm, not hot, but we expected it because we had read about it in a review online before we came.

I liked the ambiance , excellent room services, free extra bed or mattress for children, tasty and great break Fast variety, gym and professionalism of the staff.

Pool was not very clean. Should be looked at .

The place was very nice, good ambiance, wonderful breakfast and good stuff. This hotel is one of the best as compare to some of the European hotels.I can't wait to visit here again.Thanks for all the BW atlantic Team.👍

i booked for three days and cancelled it and made if for two days, so when I came to make the payment I told the receptionist that am here to stay for two days as seen in the booking app, but she still went ahead and charged me for three days, and later told me they will refund the money to me the next day which they did.But I believe making me pay for 3days was unnecessary.

Everything, especially our waitress Tina, the evening manager Philip, the gentleman who brought our breakfast each morning, Frederick, the General Manager Kumar, the beautiful oasis poolside, the view from our balcony, the live music in the evening and I could go on and on! This place is now our home away from home! We will be back many times. I left almost with tears as we said goodbye to staff who felt like friends. This is a clean, beautiful, amazing place with great people and great food. I am very difficult to please, so this review says “phenomenal” coming from someone like me. I have stayed in many very fine hotels over the years, this is the highest compliment I have ever taken the time to write! Because, my husband and I had business in Accra, we had to stay one week in a hotel there also . Although it was a very nice hotel, it wasn’t our 2nd home (Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel-Takoradi). I wished daily to be there instead.

Breakfast was excellent, location great, the view to the sea magnificent, staff very friendly and efficient.

it is a pity that the view from the terrace outside of the bar is blocked by the fence. You have to stand up to see the view.
