I didn't have any breakfast included. The location is great, just a few minutes from the bus stop and ferries along the coast of Aegina Town. The host was very nice--you will need to check into a nearby hotel first, so make sure you read all your booking.com emails. The bed was very comfortable and both shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer is included.

The only thing I didn't like is that the AC was very loud. It seemed like one of those older ACs, and I needed to shut it off in the middle of the night due to the noise. Everything else was fine--the shower had quite good temperature.

Near the beach. Amongst the locals. Close to the tourist part of town. Close to the shops. Close to harbour. All within walking distance. Magnificent town.

Can't complain

The welcome was amazing. We have arrived later than expected. Regardless, Eric was there to meet and greet us. We felt welcomed. The room was exactly what we'd seen on the website but somehow better. Clean and tidy, the aircon working perfectly :). Got a 1000 towels each day alongside the room being cleaned, sheets changed and so on. Great location too, 1 minute away from the beach, 2/3 min away from the most amazing tavernas ( the discount we got was appreciated, also the Greek coffee was simply amazing ), 5 mins away from the port and maybe 10 mins from all the shops. We can't image a better place to spend the holiday. It had everything we wanted and more. Thank you for making us feel at home.

It was amazing! The owner was so friendly, he even upgrated our room, so we were staying in a bigger and nicer apartament. The owner and his family were very kind. They helped us carry things to the apartment and offered us a bottle of water. The rooms were also cleaned every day. I think this was one of the nicest and friendliest hotels. I strongly recommend this accommodation, as it has a nice view and is in the center of the city and close to the port.

Sufficiently large room with balcony, older but functional equipment suitable for shorter stays on the island of Aegina. The biggest advantage is its location, close to the port and the city center. We would definitely stay here again next time. And what is completely unique about this accommodation are its owners. We met 3 members of the family (a father and two sons who are nonstop at the reception) and they are all super cute and helpful with anything! Thank you and hopefully see you soon <3

Staff were like family. So friendly and helpful and fun! Nothing was too much trouble and the food at the main hotel Plaza was delicious, fresh and very reasonably priced. I was travelling alone and am disabled and the staff especially Eric, Mikaelis, Mikas and Ari's made me feel so welcome and I she'd a tear on leaving! The island is beautiful and Hotel Ulrika is 2 minutes from the beach and archaeological museum. Bus nearby to Perdika and the North as well as ferries to Moni and other islands. Just over an hour on the car ferry to Athens. Just lovely. Will be back so watch this space 😁

The location is great, just 2 minutes from the water and a lovely bathing area. If you’re lucky enough to get a balcony you can watch the ferries come and go. There was a decent sized fridge and a kettle in the room. The family who run the business are very friendly and efficient.

It is basic accommodation but the price reflects this.

I cannot possibly explain how amazing this place was. The family that owns the hotel takes IMMENSE care of you from start to finish, absolutely delightful, super helpful, and extremely kind and welcoming! The rooms are wonderful and clean and super comfy and the location is superb! 100% coming back to stay here again

Literally nothing, this place exceeded my expectations by far

The family running the property were ao wonderful. The location is perfect, there is an unorganised beach right in front of it with plenty of amazing restaurants, and if you prefer an organized beach, the bus station is 2 minutes walk from the room and they can take you anywhere. It’s around 5 mins walk from the port and the old town. The bed is comfortable, the room was basic but very clean, the balcony sea view was wonderful. We loved our stay.

The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The hotel was only 10 minutes walk from the ferry and lots of restaurants and around the corner from the bus station. There was a nice sea view and the beach was just below

It would be great if they left some milk for tea in the room. Other than that, the beach is littered, dirty and not particularly nice, but that's not the hotel's fault.
