The reception staff was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast is quite good and you have many options, even for fussy children. There's a beach near the hotel but it's not equipped with sunbeds, however, the city beaches are very close (5 minutes away by car). The city center is also very close (10 minutes away by car). There's a Lidl near the hotel, in case you need to buy water or anything else. Our room was pretty small, but it had everything we needed (a kettle mug, tea, instant coffee, iron, very good cosmetic products, etc). The wifi was decent, we've had some connectivity problems, but, all in all, it was ok. The pools are medium-sized and one of them is very well placed, between olive trees. If you have a sea view room, the view is amazing, especially at sunset. The hotel smells divine and so do the rooms after the cleaning.

I would recommend the cleaning staff to clean under the beds as well. I lost a sock under one of the beds at some point and, when I found it, it was full of dust. The furniture in our room was a bit outdated. Also, the pool area and the sunbeds are not always very clean.

Facilities were excellent, our room was spacious, well equipped with a good element of separation from other areas of the hotel - even though they were next door in some cases. Staff were always more than happy to help and were very attentive. Food was always freshly prepared and presented well, large menu with good range to suit everyones needs and requirements. Everything was just effortless which was really appreciated.

Lighting was a little dim in the common areas and bedroom, especially during dawn / dusk and twilight which made it a little difficult to see when getting dressed / eating in etc. But honestly everything was so perfect it barely impacted the trip.

I enjoyed my stay there; the food was good; the staff was friendly. The hotel also treated me with a free bottle of wine and during the check-out with a jar of Greek honey, which was very kind of them. I liked my room, as it was spacious and it had a lovely view of the sea.

The hotel does not have its own beach even though it is by the beach. The nearest beach has the sign "danger" and the surrounding area is not well-maintained.

If possible, I really recommend that you get the sea view rooms. They have a great view and a little balcony where you can enjoy free instant tea/coffee treats in your room while enjoying the sea view. Electric sockets beside the bedside and a tall mirror are always a big plus for me. The receptionists were friendly, always greeted us when we entered the hotel, and were very helpful, answering our questions. They also know Turkish & English. We had complimentary fruit basket waiting for us at our arrival and they gave us amazing Greek honey as a gift as we were parting. They had all the amenity kits. From sewing to dental kits. It was perfect. If you need to iron your clothes an iron and ironing table was also present. It’s close to groceries and public transportation. And have restaurants that are very close by to choose from. Its also located next to a casino.

The wifi was on and off sometimes but it evidently worked. You had to walk down for the beach, which had no sunbeds or service for drinks & foods and the sea was rocky. But there was a close cafe/restaurant (Iseland Park) that had a sand entry to the sea. We spend our days on that cafe.

Everything was absolutely great! All the people from the staff were very helpful, kind and smiley. We received two compliments from the hotel staff - a bottle of wine and fruits. The second was for my birthday and they gave me a small gift as well. The room was spacious and comfortable on the ground floor. We had a direct exit to the pool and the beach. The breakfast had everything that you can possibly imagine with great quality and taste. The pools were super clean. With only two minutes walking you can find two small beaches, one with sand and the other is very beautiful, all covered with round colored rocks, surrounded with red rocks and super clean water. Thanks for everything! We definitely will come again!

The hotel was fascinating - the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, the terrace was wonderful, the pools were great, the parking and the garden were big and very green, the food was just perfect, the staff was really nice and helpful!

There's no beach and sea view from the garden/restaurant while the hotel was next to the sea

I really enjoyed the garden to be honest. It has an small football field , with an kids area where they can play . Also the fact that an exterior pool is placed right near the garden is also awesome. You can enjoy some time at the pool or you can co to the beach by an 5 minute walk. The breakfast is varied also with an kids bar in the busy days. The food from restaurant also is very good , There are parking space available for everyone .

The fact that is kind of far from the city.. You need to either take the car or order an taxi .

The purpose of the stay was to go to the hotel spa. We called in advance to ask for information and, more importantly, to ask if a booking in advance for sauna/pool was needed. The answer was no. After the check-in we contacted the hotel spa to arrange a visit and the answer was that the spa was fully booked for the day and it was not possible to use it because we didn't book in advance. Very disappointing....

Warm welcome with a bottle of wine and fruits.The location was great, with convenient access to beaches. Direct room access to the pool was a game-changer, especially for children. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. Kids menu. Good coffee. A delightful experience overall. A fantastic family-friendly hotel!
