The fireplace in the room with constant wood supply was great! Location is perfect, just 5 minutes drive from the center of Arachova. The staff was extremely friendly.

Breakfast was okay but some of the products (mainly spanakopita) were missing if we arrived to breakfast at 10 in the morning which is half an hour prior to closing time. Same for vegetables.

The family friendly staff are what made our stay here special, and they often went out of their way to be helpful. Loved the fireplace in our room, and the cosy family spaces where we could hang out and have fun together. We made good use of the swimming pool, sauna and gym, and it’s well worth having a massage with Loucas when you stay.

Some of the finer touches and maintenance could use a little work- it was hard for the taller members of our family to shower without spraying water all over the floor, and the shower head often slid down. Though the gym was well equipped, it seemed that it was not well utilised and so lacked organisation. A little attention to this and would be awesome.

Great rooms and facilities such as a full gym, sauna and indoor pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the lady who ran the breakfast operation was wonderful. Also, stunning views!!

However the property needs quite a bit of maintenance and a number of areas were not clean.

The beds were super comfortable! Loved having a fireplace in the room! Breakfast was abundant! Very kind and helpful staff. Has parking which in Arachova is a necessity!!! Location is perfect if you are skiing (which we weren’t) or going to Delphi (where we went)

The only thing we were upset about was that the pool was not heated when we went (end of March) and it having a pool was the reason we stayed there vs staying in Dephi

The hotel was very clean & the rooms are serviced on a daily basis regardless of it being a weekend or weekday. The hotel is run by a family who are very warm & welcoming. Breakfast is served freshly on demand on non-buffet mornings. The gym is also quite a large size.

There was nothing to dislike.

Our room was annexed to the main building - we had to go outside to reach our room, which is kind of a hassle if you go to the spa. So we went to the spa only once

The location was perfect and the views were great.

The breakfast was acceptable but to be honest we were expexting a bit better for the price.

The stunning view, the great facilities, the amazing service, reflect perfectly on the fantastic people who run and work at this hotel, and who were of so much help to us. Thank you all so much for everything!

Very accommodating staff! Nice place! Great deal.

We couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to work and there was a bright green light at the door that was on all night. So we didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked. But everything else was really very good!

The location was excellent and the hotel interiors were nice. Breakfast was amazing and the staff very kind. The rooms need renovation. Our room was comfortable but old.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t heated from March 13th. This was very disappointing.
