Clean and well equipped room with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Lots of choices at breakfast where food was hot and replenished quickly. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the free car park is a bonus in a busy resort like Tolo. The town is a dream...lots of good restaurants and little shops to wander around. The hotel pool is clean and not too busy even in August. We loved our week here

The shower area needs a shelf for toiletries and the design is poor...it is impossible not to flood the bathroom floor no matter how careful you are when showering. A retractable line on the balcony to hang clothes would be useful too. Room lighting is also poorly designed..

didn’t really have a sea view (the hotel is not on the seafront; there’s the main thoroughfare and another row of seaside hotels between the hotel and the sea); the swimming pool was only open between 10am and 7pm, which meant that if you’re going out for the day, there’s essentially no time to use it.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. We loved Irene the receptionist who gave us great recommendations and we loved the bar staff, George Angelo and Gloria! George always recommended the best lunch specials and he was always right! The hotel has a clean pool and is located 5 minutes from the main beach which you can rent two chairs and an umbrella for 10 euro a day. Also it’s on the main strip and walking distance to the downtown. There are many Restaurants near by and all our food experiences were good. If you want to spend a little extra money two of our favourites were Marinero and Maria’s.

The house keeping was not the best and with Covid still around you would have expected a more thorough cleaning. The absolute worst part was the breakfast. The fried eggs bacon and sausages were ALWAYS cold! I don’t know why but they never lit the elements underneath the pans to keep them warm.

The location is very good. As well as the facilities, the pool area and the pool bar and services are very good. Also, having a private parking in that area comes as a very big plus.

The bed mattresses are highly outdated, as well as the pillows. I would have expected this aspect to be more taken into consideration at this level of service and presentation.

A good position in the town, not too far from the beach and the great shops/bars in the centre. The pool was fantastic, the hotel was kept very clean throughout. The bar staff were extremely friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was of great quality and the rooms were cleaned every day. The poolside furniture was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave.

wifi was patchy in the rooms, but we were not there to be on our phones all day.

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating! The hotel is beautiful and right in the city centre. We traveled with our 2 year old and there were other small children around, which meant we had little playmates. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms incredibly spacious. We’d definitely go back!

The breakfast was good, but serving fresh rather than tinned fruit would have been a huge plus.

Breakfast good, but not superb. Hot meals were not really hot, it is a pity. More diverse offer would be fine. A rack for drying clothes on the balcony would be useful, as well as more wardrobe space, especially if 3 persons are in the room.

The hotel was bright, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. We had the famiky suite which was perfect for our 3 person family, in fact 4 would have had plenty of space. We loved the fact that we had a little fridge (with small freezer compartment) in each bedroom. The wetrooms were also fantastic! Rooms were serviced daily and to a very high standard. The pool was clean and a good size. Not too much chlorine. We enjoyed spending time in and around the pool and at the (very nearby) beach. Breakfast was fantastic. A good selection of food each morning, including (but not limited to) bacon, eggs, sausages, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit, doughnuts and cheesecake!!!! I needed gluten free, and each morning they would bring me a selection of gluten free bread, crackers and cookies, and a seperate plate of meats and cheese. I was very impressed. All in all we could not fault The Flisvos Royal and would not hesitate to stay with them again.

Location great! Close to quieter beginning part of the Tolo strip. But walking to the other end with more lively atmosphere was just our the door and to the right. Pool was great with plenty good quality loungers. Staff wonderful at front desk and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was nice and plentiful but not over abundance of items. Excellent beach very safe for kids and warm waters just 2 minute walk from hotel. Parking was a huge bonus for those who have a car with them would definitely stay again!!

Rooms a bit small

Hotel conveniently located near beach, Nafplion, Mycenae and Ancient Epidauros. Good hotel, refurb is ongoing, our rooms were already updated. Good beds. Great pool. For nice restaurants, walk towards the harbour (ca 15 minute walk) along the beach.

TV on the small size, the remote had to be collected from reception.
