Friendly staff, 24/7 reception, good geo position. Large balcony. I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and will consider it for the next trip, but again I want to stay in other areas during the trip. Nearby there is a metro, a 10-minute walk many bars and restaurants.

If you leave the hotel, turn left and turn left again, you can find yourself in a dirty Indian quarter. Do not go there!))) Go to the right of the hotel and continue along the big street enjoying the architecture. In general, the area does not look very visually, but it is quiet. Again - I just came to spend the night)

Very affordable and convenient since it is within the City Centre, on a main street and just a few steps away from the Omonia Square and one of the interconnecting Metros in Athens. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating especially the lady who is assigned at the receiving area at night (sorry I forget her name). The building may be dated but it is very clean and well maintained. There are also lots of restaurants and groceries even the 'open top bus tour' and 'hop on hop off bus' stops are within walking distance.

It's a good hotel in the middle of the noisy city. If you are a sensitive person to the noise then it's not for you. The location is good to get anywhere you need. The room was cleaned every day. The stuff is very open to help and I've got a lot of great ideas to visit in the city.

The pictures on the website of the room is not that what you get, but if you negotiate well and open for an upgrade then there is nothing to complain about :). They are open for your ideas.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room clean and simple, bed OK, shower and bathroom clean, A/C working, obviously backyard view is not outstanding, but location couldn't be more central. Also the small fridge is helpful if you want to keep some sandwiches cool, etc. Only thing - I had the idea to ask for a wake up call from reception for my super early flight, but realized that the phone in my room was dead. Another nice idea could be to have a water boiler in the room to make own tea or coffee. In combination with the fridge this would almost make an apartment from the hotel room! On the whole - a good simple hotel in a central location with very friendly staff!

I stayed here for 2 nights....and to be honest the hotel meets the expectation...it's centrally located...on the main street so I won't call it unsafe....the rooms are a bit dated but good in size and the amenities are provided as mentioned.....the balcony is a definite plus and has a nice view of the city streets.....the hospitality is incredible...special thanks to the reception manager Ms Theodora for making it a personalized experience by always providing city inputs, welcoming with some Greek chocolates and providing hot coffee/tea with a cheerful smile on her face The hotel is totally worth the economical price you pay for it

Property a bit old and dated

The receptionist are very helpful and welcoming. They always make sure to attend our basic needs (kettle, coffee, tissue etc). The room was very clean, bed is comfortable, Great value for money. The curtains are black out. We had a good night sleep. There’s no probleam connecting to their free wifi. The location are great, So near to everything. Few steps away from the metro Omnia station. There’s nearby small grocery stores and local restaurants. P.S. try the traditional Greek Souvlaki restaurant nearby. Just a few steps away (In front of Brown hotel). They have the best Gyros, Souvlaki etc.

No downside at all, because the receptionist are very helpful. That is one of the most important to have a great stay. Feeling safe and secured will make your entire vacation memorable.

Excellent location. 24-hour staff very friendly. Good air conditioner. Elevator. Clean rooms.

There aren't many electrical outlets in the rooms (only one, except a second by the front door, about 4 feet in the air, so it's not usable). You will definitely hear traffic all night and your neighbors if they're loud - it didn't bother me, but it did keep my friend awake.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. it was close to a metro station and a quick walk to Monastiraki and the Plaka. There is an awesome souvlaki place about half a block away and a great little place to get frappes and other coffees and Greek snacks. I found in some other reviews that people felt the area was not safe; I did not find this to be the case at all. There are many businesses around and a bus stop literally across the street so there are always some people nearby. If you are expecting a luxurious stay at this price you will not get it; but that is the case anywhere. What more could you want than a reasonably priced hotel that is clean, comfortable, has all the basic necessities, and is well located?!

There was nothing I found unsatisfactory.

The location is great, very central. The room is serviceable and appropriate for this price point. The true stellar part of our stay there was the nice, friendly, absolutely delightful woman at the reception who made us feel welcome, offering us little treats and coffees, and who went out of her way to help us with information on the area and travel logistics, even without us asking. She was always smiling and just had a real positive energy to her. We left early morning and the man at the reception seemed nice too in our brief exchange.

Room was nice enough. Main draw for me was the location as I was going to Prissken festival which was a short 20 minute walk away. In general close to a metro station so everywhere in the city is pretty accessible during the day.

Would've rated higher if it was a few euros less a night but it was a comparable price to other places in the area. Main constructive feedback here is that the housekeeping team do make a fair amount of noise, one lady was having a telephone conversation and it sounded like she was outside my door.
